A dream come true!! :) For me, my focus was my wedding cake! Yes there are so many extremely important other things that make the wedding complete, but mine was my cake!! The first vendor that was recommended scared us and I was not comfortable! Than the new recommendation was Chocal8kiss and they were my savior! First of all Sonam is a saint! When my husband and I met her for the tasting and the brainstorming to design, we were completely inspired by what an accomplished young lady she is! Completely a gem! Her shop smells soooo amazing and made us feel completely comfortable and very professional at the same time! Everything in the shop was displayed beautifully. The cake tasting dazzled us. It was so delicious and the combinations she created of cake flavors were pure perfection. I was so worried before I went to chocal8kiss because of the first vendor but after our meeting, that was it she put my mind at ease! When I went to drop off my piece for the cake topper along with a specific ribbon I wanted on the cake, she let me know she wouldn’t be able to help deliver it, and assured me that everything will be ok. Her assistant Amanda along with the other cake designers played a major part in creating a dream wedding cake, they all did an amazing job and completely exceeded our expectation and made the wedding cake extraordinary! I can’t wait to post a picture up, and as soon as I get back into the swing of things I will share at what an astonishing job the Chocal8kiss team made happen!

To say working with Sonam is a pleasure is an understatement! You are professional and down-to-earth at the same time. Your expert advice was exactly what we needed to perfectly end the engagement party we threw for our daughter, Stephanie and her fiancé, Chris. You made a beautiful, elegant, two tiered cake with two different cakes and fillings inside that was simply the best cake I ever had! We rounded it out with a cannoli dip and chip platter (to die for) and some trays of chocolate bliss, cookies, chocolate dipped pretzels and strawberries. It was perfect. Ours is a big-eating Italian family, so buffet style was the only way to ensure no one would go home hungry! We decided not to get a really big cake because we thought everyone would be stuffed and we had so many other goodies offered! WRONG!!!!!!!!! Once a few people tasted your heaven on a cake stand, and the word got out, there was a run on cake! Not a morsel left! I am 62 years old and I dont think I have ever seen that happen, and Ive been to my share of catered affairs! Even the dieting woman worried about summer approaching said "the heck with that" and sampled BOTH tiers! Kudos to you Sonam and your wonderful staff, your professionalism, expertise and love of what you are doing is obvious from the minute someone meets you. You have the perfect formula for success, never change it! I will ALWAYS recommend ChocaL8kiss!

My partner and I live in London, but all his family live in New Jersey. Hence, for his 50th Birthday we decided to come over here to celebrate his big five-o with his family. I have ordered a special cake as a surprise while still being in London. I was emailing back and forth with Amanda and I have to say her customer service is impeccable! In terms of the cake itself - oh my gosh! First of all as it was surprise, my partner (the birthday boy!) and his family were shocked in a good way and they were amazed of how incredibly awesome the cake looked. It was speechless, everyone was literally speechless. They are still talking about it (I know, ironic!) and Im sure theyll be talking about it for a very long time! And it tasted awesome too!!! Thank you sooooooo much for being a part of what an amazing surprise it was for my partner! He loved it! The look on his face was worth every single effort we all made. Thank you for helping me to make it happen. Love your work! You are very talented woman!

Chocal8kiss was our vendor for our cake and dessert table at our wedding reception. They were absolutely amazing! Sonam was extremely professional yet approachable and understanding of what we wanted. The wedding cake tasting was incredible! It was extremely difficult picking the flavors for each tier of the cake because every flavor was so unique and delicious. The cake design was incredible. We went with a 3 tier silhouette design where each tier told our love story. It was absolutely beautiful and personalized. The pricing was also extremely reasonable and Sonam was very practical when we asked her the quantity of cake needed for our guests. With such amazing designs, taste and pricing we booked her on the spot! Later we also added a dessert table for the wedding reception. On the day of the wedding reception, guests could not stop raving about the delicious wedding cake and desserts! I would absolutely recommend Chocal8kiss and will be using them in the future!

Well, it is 10 months after the wedding and I am still wrapping up all my to-do lists! I wanted to make sure to write a note for Sonam and her team at ChocoL8kiss Bakery because they did an AMAZING job with our wedding cake! Sonam was beyond accommodating. My husbands side of the family does not eat eggs, and she was able to whip up a cake for us that had alternating layers of regular and eggless cake. Each layer even had different cake and frosting combinations. Not only did the cake look gorgeous, but it tasted amazing too! So much so, that I found two friends eating a slice for breakfast the next morning with two straws because they couldnt find any forks - that wasnt going to stop them!

Hands down the most amazing birthday cake as well as service. We ordered birthday cake from ChocaL8kiss about two weeks ago and it was fantastic. I worked closely with Sonam, who is a creative genius and was able to cake my vision (from chopped up photoshop picture) and make it into a reality. As a busy working mom, I truly enjoyed working with Sonam - she was extremely responsive and accommodating on all aspects. I ordered eggless cake from her with chocolate chip mousse in between and it was divine! It was a big hit and guests couldnt even tell it was eggless. Sonams shop is going to be my "go to" for all the future cake needs:).

After the "I do," my sweet tooth had its eye on desserts! Not only was the dessert offering lovingly and artfully presented, but was also an indulgent treat to the palate. On one side was the best tiramisu Ive ever tasted placed inside a chocolate coffee cup, in the middle was a fruity with just the ideal amount of tart mango and passion fruit boat, and a slice of our vanilla and raspberry wedding cake. The planning process was effortless. Sonam was knowledgeable and accommodating. One month after the wedding, our guests are still raving about Chocal8Kiss! Thank you for being a part of our wedding celebration!

This amazing team has made unforgettable cakes two years in a row for our daughters 1 and 2 year bday party! The cakes - barnyard and jungle themed, were absolutely fantastic - gorgeous! Sonam and Amanda helped us design them, we did a tasting as well and were extremely helpful and delightful throughout the entire process. The second time around we only gave them a weeks lead time - and did all the ordering over phone and email. Thank you so much Chocal8kiss team once again for coming through so amazingly for us! Every single party guest told us how great it tasted and how beautiful it looked! :)
