Great experience. We bought Cold Stone ice cream for our family and the person helping us, Jillian, was exceptional. She was great with my kids (asking for sample tastes) and got our order perfect...she was professional and friendly! A++ service. Ice cream is great too! We will be back and highly recommend!

Although we always enjoy our visit to any Cold Stone Creamery ice-cream center, Haagen-Dazs is the family favorite. Unfortunately there is none in the Marlboro area and this is second best. This location does not disappoint and is enjoyable. Cold Stone has a wider selection of toppings for the kids.

really good ice cream, fantastic mix ins, personalized service. Everything labeled well, all options spelled out. The only problem is that its pretty expensive --a small cup of plain ice cream is $4 and price goes up for each mix in. Other than that, great service and super tasty ice cream!

Literally every time i get a milk shake i get an apology saying its a little bit below the actual size. When in reality its a lot below. Listen, its ice cream...but the shakes here arent cheap. Other than that...the staff is pretty nice and usually fast with big crowds.

Ordered a pint of mud pie mojo, the container was 3/4 full and wrong toppings went in!!!no peanut butter!!! No Oreo cookies!!!! Where are the Minos?!?! Very disappointing as I have had good experiences with this store!!

I went to go get ice cream at 10:04 and they refused to serve us bc they were "closed", yet the website says it is open till 10:30. Several of us were turned away from the staff.

The server was irate! She was so rude and did not greet the customers. She was slamming the door and trying to change the hours of the store. Great ice cream. Bad service.
