This is the worst subway I have ever gone too. My first experience was horrible...The employee was obviously angry, she kept us waiting for unnecessary reasons, she did not speak to us and rushed our sandwich and she got mad when I told her she was not making the correct sandwich. I figured she was having a bad day so I let it go. When I returned a 2nd time the store was empty and I waited 3 minutes even though I saw her in the back not doing anything. She came out and did not apologize nor greet me. I asked for a Ham & cheese on Italian bread footlong and she kept asking "what kind of sandwich do you want? I told that Im preparing to tell her but she kept asking and we went back and forth...finally I said give me the classic sandwich. She then proceeded to go thru every single topping & ask me if I wanted it...I STILL dont see the reason for her to ask me to pick a specific sandwich...she had an attitude the whole time! And it was that day I decided to NEVER go to that subway. However, I asked my friend to grab us some subway & I assumed she would go to the subway on Main st. but she did not. She went to this one and when she gave me order (salad) I was beyond PISSED. I ordered a simple chicken salad with ranch/thousand island...my sandwich looks like a tuna salad or cole slaw...it is WAAAAYYYY too much ranch/dressing...I honestly can not see the lettuce and Ive had sandwiches from subway....this is NOT what they look like. My friend started telling me that she had never seen such a rude employee at subway...This is when I knew which employee it was and which subway she had gone to. This employee needs to pick a new career. Idk if she realizes that she is a sandwich artist but she tends to look angry/unhappy with her choice of work. She is older and wears glasses sometimes. Save your bucks people. She sucks!

Rude service. The older lady (the rest are all in their 20s or late teens, she is late 40s-50s) at this location has been rude on multiple occasions. Telling other employees about our experiences makes no difference - they just say, "yeah, she can be," which (aside from the age difference) leads me to believe she is their supervisor (a sad state of affairs - for us and the poor kids working under her). Customer service leaves something to be desired. No one at this location wears name tags, so we have no name to go with our complaints.

The workers here are completely trash. They do not care about their jobs and have complained openly about customers in front of other customers. Also they are very untrained and do not know how to make a sandwich. The workers here complained when I requested another sandwich. Boss needs to check up on their workers. I wouldnt give this place even one star.

Every Sunday I come here at 9:15 to get a breakfast sandwich and they are supposed to be open at 9 yet no one is ever there and the lights to the place are off. Needless to say I have to drive all the way to Walmart to get a sandwich

Dont get me wrong I do love Subway but the store I went to in Nashua. NH had one person taking orders and cashing essentially one person running the whole store I felt so bad for her but I had to leave I only had so long for lunch
