2:56 Thursday dec 15. I dont usually write reviews because it seems silly most times. However the staff at this store are freaking terrible. Being a former restaurant manager I would never let my staff be so wastefully ignorant to the customer. The food here is great and I have been going to Hot Table chains for years and am impressed with the level of proffesionalism and kindness found in their staff. This location is an exception. Glastonburry is consistently the worst franchise of this company. The staff is very rude and its not the first time Iv walked in to their sass and loud obnoxious conversations they have with each other or an off duty employee. Normally I dont write on google about business performance but I hope someone perhaps higher up from Hot Table will read this and fix this s#@$hole of a place. Your staff at glastonburry really annoys me and pisses me off.... By the way, being safe serve certified I might bring light to some OTHER things ive noticed regarding your staff conduct. Completely unprofessional here.

Hot Table catered our office lunch today and it was amazing! Anthony and Lexi are great to work with. Panini and salad selections are excellent and delicious. We will definitely work with you again-- excellent alternative to some of the other sandwich shops in town.

Im a very picky eater but I absolutely love this place. Amazing steak the paninis are really good sized and they taste fantastic! Id highly recommend this place to anyone who lives a good Panini/sandwich!

A must try! Friendly staff, and solid prices. The Steak & Cheese panini was excellent. My wife loved the Mediterranean salad. Was I found notable were not all the options, but the tasty healthy options.

This is one of my favorites. The food is always good, and the staff is friendly. GF friendly if you need that, too. One might be surprised by that considering its a panini place.

Just had a almost $7 small chicken panini and there was a spoon of sauce and small piece of cheese and not a piece of chicken to be found. It was a wet bun for $7. Never again.

Not open on Sundays and the paninis are just OK. All the other food (sides, soups) are pretty much an afterthought and not very tasty.
