I was there for second time last Wed.Awful ,I ordered wedding soup and Turkey sandwich .I first asked if soup was home made ,I was told yes ,it was not .I used salt pepper oyster crackers and still no taste .wedding soup usually has tiny little meatballs in it ,I got one.I mentioned it to an employee delivering food to another table,and mentioned my dismay .I asked to replace it with NE chowder also out of a bag not as bad as the wedding soup ,but not great either.Next came the sandwich ,now in the picture it shows several slices of turkey sliced at a decent thickness .Not this sandwich two paper thin slices on it soup, sandwich ,soda and chips 19.00 and change plus tip .should have been a whole lot better.When the young man took my soup the gentleman I suspect to be owner or mngr asked him what was wrong ,he made no eye contact w/ me as a matter of fact he passed me delivering sandwiches to another table,never stopped to apologize or asked how anything else was . i

My experience was great! I fell in love at first visit. I seen the BLTT on the menu which is just a BLT with turkey if you do not know and it was super good! I was hesitant to try because I am expecting but I was reassured they do not use lunch meat and it is actually turkey that they roast themselves! I was sold! Im not a big fan of lunch meat anyways. The turkey, to bacon, to lettuce, to tomato, to mayo ratio was perfect and whoever made that sandwich.... HIGH FIVE TO YOU!! :) I will definitely be back again!

I ordered a vegetarian soup/salad combo and while the portions were large for the price, I found the food to be meh. The soup tasted like salt water, and the salad came with very few veggies/unripened tomatoes (it is summer. You can find ripened tomatoes anywhere). On the flip side, the service was great and the order was ready fast. I think its a better place for my meat eating friends to try.

My law firm ordered a catered breakfast for an associates baby shower and everything was excellent, from the delivery (thank you Nick), to the food and coffee which was fresh and tasted delicious. I highly recommend Ocean State Sandwich to everyone. They also never disappoint when it comes to their soup, sandwiches and salads. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Came here with my husband for a quick bite. I was pleased to hear that they carry gluten free options, as I have celiac disease. I got the Italian on gf bread, and my husband got the Italian on regular bread. Staff was very friendly and made menu suggestions. Would definitely come back here.

OMG we need this place back home.... Best Sandwich Ever (eating my thanksgiving 365 as I type) bread thats soft with a light crunch on the outside... super friendly staff, not the cheapest at 8 bucks but worth it and this is a stingy Dutchman typing. Will be back!

The cookies are creative and yummy. The new England Clam chowder is awesome. Even the water is good. Dont go if your ina rush. But if u wait it will be worth it.
