Potbellys is pretty popular in Chicago, where the company is based. They dont seem to be doing so well here in Cambridge. Ive never see more than two or three customers in the place at one time. Good sandwiches (as long as you stick with the "favorites.") Terrible decor.

I love Potbelly and was so excited when they came to Massachusetts. The service here was horrible. I wish the guy was wearing a name tag so I could write it in this review. Eye rolls, harsh and condescending tone for no reason.. Two stars because I love the sandwiches.
