I fell in love with Potbelly in their home town of Chicago. When they expanded to MA I was so excited. The Burlington shop is just as delicious, friendly, and welcoming as I remember from my very first trip. They feature live musicians & delicious sandwiches (not to mention the baked goods). The flat sandwich is perfect for a splurge without so much carbs

Great food! The two men working there super helpful, friendly and nice, gave great recommendations and were super understanding of our 2 year olds running around! They were perfectly at ease and nice even though we came in 1 min before closing. Those guys made this dinner awesome, in addition to the excellent sandwiches!

I first encountered Potbelly at Midway Airport. There was a long line for their sandwiches which made me curious. Ive been hooked since. The sandwiches are cooked to order with many options for toppings. The service is excellent and they seem committed to service the client. One of my favorite spots for lunch.
