I visited the subway location on 1617 Concord St Framingham, MA 01701 and had under cooked chicken on my sandwich so i called up the store and spoke with the lady who made it and said she was the store manager after she called me a liar and said she wants me to drive all the way there to return "HER" sandwich. I was completely disgusted with how i was treated i have been eating at subways for 10 years and you have lost me as a customer. I will mention this experience to everyone that i know. I am very disappointed in subway as a whole for employing people who are not customer friendly.

I am vegetarian and was excited to learn of Subways veggie pattie. When I went into the Subway on Concord St which is very close to where I live, I was really disappointed to learn they dont carry it. Believe it or not, vegetarians dont want to eat veggies all the time so the veggie sub doesnt cut it. PLEASE CARRY THE VEGGIE PATTY!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was greeted by being shouted at from the door because they assumed I wasnt going to be a customer. They also said it was busy..... however no cars were in their lot. Rude. 0/0 do not recommend.
