Does Bottomless steak fries mean unlimited fries? That’s what it used to be in the last few Red Robins I went to in Rochester NY area, where they did have a real "Bottomless" steak fries deal (they were always freshly fried.), you were welcome to the table with a basket of freshly fried steak fries while you were waiting for your main meal, so by the time we normally received our main dishes we were really pleased and happy to be there; and to be honest I don’t like Burgers but I went to Red Robins in several occasions for the fries and we always spent at least $30 dollars in every visit (good deal for the restaurants and go deal for me because I was happy).... well no anymore, when I went to Red Robins in Nashua, I was expecting similar experience but unfortunately it didn’t happen that way; on the contrary we spent more than $30 and we got six (6) steak fries, waited more than 10 minutes to get them with the meal and I was so disappointed that I didn’t even wanted to eat there anymore… in summary I will go with my $30+ somewhere else to have a better eating experience.. sad :-( because I used to brag about how good the Red Robin Bottomless Steak fries deal used to be… but it was MIA at Nashua NH location :-( .... well, I am sure my doctor will be happy to know that I wont be back at Red Robin restaurants.

Our experience was much like Daves. We went to the Red Robins in Nashua. It was a warm and stickey evening and it was warm and sticky in the restaurant. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt on that one because there may have been a mechanical problem. We had gone to a Red Robins in Foxboro, MA some time ago and it was a great experience. We went to the Nashua store on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty. We had a 15 minute wait. Then they wanted to seat us by the door. I asked for a different table. We passed a bunch of good tables and they seated us next to the kitchen with a noisy TV over our heads. The food took a long time to come out. I was surprised because its not a complicated menu. Mainly sandwiches. The fries tasted like frozen french fries and were under salted. They did come out hot. The portions were really small. We also ordered french fries for the table (added expense) for the table while we waited. That was also small especially for 4 people. My bun was soggy, the pickles dry and was served on a tacky plastic plate. Hubby got the shrimp and complained about the 5 salad style shrimp. It was ok but we wont rush back. There is better in the area.

I went yesterday for the first time and was thoroughly disappointed. My boyfriend and I were one of three groups in the whole restaurant. We saw our waiter exactly twice- when he took our order and when he brought out order. Both times he was short with us and seemed like he had better things to be doing than his job. He never stopped to ask if my boyfriend wanted a refill of his unlimited steak fries- not really unlimited after all. We sat for around half an hour when we were done eating, eventually just paying on the tablet provided on the table and leaving right after. If you want terrible service and overpriced mediocre food, then look no further.

Use to be a regular ... Me and my boyfriend would get the seat next to the kitchen so our drinks would always be full ...Delicious !!!! Really quick service!! It doesnt feel dirty inside . I get my burger the way I want which some places dont let you have a blood burger but they do ... I cant wait to go back :)... I always use to get the chicken Cesar wrap which is good too if you dont want to go over board with calories ... And I dont understand all the bad comments ... I always had great service maybe these people just dont speak up and just let people step on them all the time

One of the best looking Red Robins on the inside I have seen. Lots of great displays almost looks like it was just renovated. Customer service was ok. We were never told our kids meal had bottomless options like the fries with adult meals. Our server also never really talked to us much but all that aside the food was great and found a new place to get unlimited refills on Rootbeer floats.

Overpriced and staff were rude. They also have no concept of managing seating as I watched multiple groups the same size as mine (4) get seated ahead of us even though I clearly saw them put their names in well after us. I also went there on veterans day and experienced the same thing on a worse scale. If youre a veteran especially I wouldnt give them your business.

Came in to a 5 minute wait with a party of 3. Many open tables. After waiting 15 minutes, and having several parties of 2,3, and 4 people seated(who came in after us) was told we would have to wait another 15. Host was too busy playing with rubiks cube to pay attention. Many open tables needed to be bussed and werent. Left without even being seated.

Is pointless the wait seeing tables empty just because one side is 21 and up. When my mother in law can ask for an alcoholic veberage anyways in a "regular table side". And why would there only be three waiters working on a holiday ??? the food is delicious but the service is sucking !!

Delicious burgers. Some of the best burgers in the area. Theyll cook your burger medium rare too (a rarity these days). Their rewards program is genuinely good - I get deals that are worth using at least once a month, and you get a free burger with every 10 entree purchases.

I love a good burger and was looking forward to trying out Red Robin. I was very disappointed. The burger was extremely thin,like a McDonalds burger. There was about four times as much bread than meat. And the fries were cold and soggy. The service was good.

I love red robbins there good is great rinks are good and staff is very nice I never hade a problem at the restaurant they also have a chalk board that kids love the place is very clean and i love the pictures on the wall five star rating

Very enjoyable! The burgers were great, juicy and very tasty! The refillable strawberry lemonade was fantastic! Definitely stayed long enough for a refill and for a second helping of the endless fries. I AM DEFINITELY RETURNING!

We drive up from Boston, even tho there are other Red Robins closer to us, because we love Susan! She always takes great care of us and makes sure our meals are always perfect. Oh...and the food is great too!

Great food even better service the hosts are really good at making sure everyone is sat in an orderly fashion without getting short at some unruly customers. I strongly suggest the ensalada chicken.

Everytime we come here, the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and quick. We come to Red Robin over any fast food restaurant. You cant beat the value.
