I really like burger king, especially for their fish or veggie burgers and awesome cool frappes. However this is probably one of the worst outlets. They are habitually mixing up orders or skipping out ingredients in burgers. When I mentioned that they mixed up mu order (veggie for chicken), I got attitude instead of an apology. Also often when I go to drive through for frappes, the staff says that the machine needs repairs. I cant believe the fact how often this happens, hence suspect lazy and dishonest staff.

Food is what you would expect from burger king. Service however - very iffy. Most employees have English as a second language, and more often than not the barrier is very prominent. Drive-thru Ordering can often be a long frustrating process, as well as the order itself is often incorrect/missing items. Always check your food before you leave.... Most employees are however friendly and polite -- sometimes the frustration gets the best of a select few working the register at the drive-thru however.

It is 2017 and order takers do not speak english... Have not had an order correct in the last couple visits. On average 30+ minute wait for food then when you get it takes another 10 minutes to correct the order. Burger King has fallen off over the years. Sad but I am done with BK

Waited 20 Mins in the Drive thru, seriously. This used to be my favorite BK. Not after tonight. Ridiculous!! Not even an apology when I got to the window. And to top it off, when I got home I was missing 2 small fries.. too tired to go back! Jus wont go there again!

Waited about 10 minutes with only one guy in front of me who just ordered one thing I ordered 2 items, gross old food and trash on tables, freestyle drink machine was empty except for coke. Food was fine I guess. Receipts scattered on counter where register is.

We ordered 5 bags of chicken nuggets but turns out we had only two bags. Two weeks ago in Chelmsford St., We ordered 10 bags of chicken nuggets but they gave us one bag. Very disappointing. Please be careful with how you handle food to customers.

Drive through order confirmation screen broken. Long drive through wait, took so long I turned off my car 3 times and there was only 3 cars in front of me. Order was missing an item. Free WiFi is a plus.

Rude impatient rushed to order through the drive through. Talked fast, didnt listen to what we ordered because they couldnt understand the word mint....and we were the only car in the drive through.

Most of the time a solid operation, i eat there way too much so have run into the odd missed item or outage of planned menu item, but they are over 90% for order accurcy and the staff is the best ^^

Worst burger King I have ever been to my feet stuck to the floor the soda tasted nasty and the chicken sandwich was sitting so long it was cold and rubbery .
