This Olive Garden has a practice that really bothers me to no end. Apparently they think sitting in the waiting area contributes to the atmosphere. I can think of no other reason why I always end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour to be seated when you can clearly see the restaurant has plenty of empty tables (about half empty). It could be that they want the servers to have plenty of time to attend to their tables, but then I would expect them all to be busy and not standing around chit chatting... The food is good, the servers have for the most part been friendly, the place is clean. Everything but the ridiculous required wait time is good. I guess its a pet peeve, but I refuse to come here anymore except when they have the never ending pasta bowl special. Without that particular special the prices are quite high for what you get. At other restaurants I never am forced to wait to be seated in a half empty restaurant. I have better things to do with my time than sit and watch the host/hostess chat with other employees.

I ventured here while on a cross-the-country adventure to meet my love, a wonderful woman I met as a night elf druid on a private World of Warcraft server. In truth, she was much more beautiful in person, and whereas I was a dwarf, staring up at her glowing eyes from below, here I was the tall one, dwarfing HER as I stared down at her violet hair. We spent many days inside before going out to acquire fashionable chestpieces to guard me from picky eyes in the workplace. Afterwards, we came here - for their free breadsticks were well worth the cost of the entrees. Our server was wonderful, bringing our every need to the table with hardly a moments wait. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere perfect for staring into one anothers eyes as our faces became covered in the delicious olive oil that the breadsticks were soaked in, just as we had hoped. All in all, it was the perfect place to have a romantic dinner starting with a wild adventure in the World of Warcaft.

This is a chain restaurant, and almost all chains suffer from mediocre food. Ive ate their in the past (chicken parm., tour of Italy, etc.), and my most recent dish was the relatively simple lunch option of spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti was good and the meatballs were fairly large. Im sure its more of an aesthetic thing, but having 3-4 meatballs makes the portions look small, despite the comparatively large meatballs. However, the spaghetti and meatballs were very filling, and taste pretty good. Theyre not grandmas old recipe good, but they are better than I wouldve normally done at home (usually frozen, rarely prepared). Other dishes Ive had in the past were pretty good. Their chicken parm. is nothing special, and may suffer from being a chain (crowd pleaser/mediocre). The wait staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive.

HORRIBLE Service. Will never go back again. It took 1/2 hour for us to get Bread sticks and salad, not to mention creamer for our coffee and hot tea. He threw me the "tea box" and said here pick one. I was appalled of how bad he treated us. He kept complaining about the kitchen being backed up, and there being no help. WHY should i have to know this? Between the checks being messed up multiple times, our food was cold, no refilling our drinks, horrible customer service, the Manager on Duty that day, was rude and had no customer service skills at all. He actually said "It would piss me off if this happened to anyone", I would never ever go back to this restaurant. NOT to mention, we were there for a special occasion. Horrible experience, Please drive the 1/2 mile up the road to Carrabbas.

My friends and I went out to dinner last night as a party of 7 and everything about here was terrible. At first we had a 30 minute wait and then one of the waitresses asked if we wanted two separate booths near each other or a full table because we would have to wait longer for a longer time. So we still waited for a full table and after 30 minutes we finally got to sit down. Everything was going well and then it took our food over an hour and a half to come out. The waitress explained to us that they were backed up in the kitchen but this wait was ridiculous. After waiting forever for our food, it came out and most of my friends food was cold. Unfortunately a manager never came around to apologize to us or anything. Most likely never coming again.

While I used to thoroughly enjoy the good ol Olive Gardens unlimited breadsticks and salad. The quality of the food over the last 6-12 months has consistently become intolerable. If its not 1x6 wood versions of breadsticks its a mix of items in the food order being over or undercooked. I cant complain about the service staff, theyre almost always what youd expect from a family restaurant; pleasant, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. However, with the habitual issues with part or all of the meal I just cant see myself going back anymore. On a personal note: trying to pass off regular ranch as that peppercorn ranch without telling me just pisses me off.

over 45 minute wait from ordering until the entrees. arrived. Even then, some of the order was wrong, only 4 of the 6 meals arrived at the same time, some side dishes came only at the end of the meal, after several reminders that we didnt get all our food. Some items were clearly undercooked. Raw meatballs, anyone? Complaints to the manager brought an unenthusiastic and less than sincere apology, with no apparent interest in making things right. Used to be a favorite place for family celebrations. NO MORE!

This location is pretty much what Olive Garden should be. The team executes the format properly. Food came out impressively fresh, and properly prepared. The staff is friendly, prompt, and well trained. The one time I had a minor issue at this location, the managers top priority was to get our visit back on track, and make sure we had an excellent meal. Its just Olive Garden, so nothing Earth shattering or unexpected. Still, if you feel like going to Olive Garden, this is a very fine location at which to do so.

Worse service my party has ever experienced. The cooks serve cold food 2 hours late and it was the wrong food for some of the members of our party. It took forever for the waitress to get the manager to come to the table an not once did he apologies to our table. He listened to what we had to say and said I understand sir ill see what I can do, but never came back to further help us or the waitress. The manager didnt care that our service was horrible. We had to get up and walk out.

The food is always fantastic and we always have outstanding service! I love the option of being able to create your own combos, as well. I brought home my leftovers to the most picky person in the world who has never been there, and he inhaled it saying he couldnt believe how good it was. He said, "wow, if this is so good, I can only imagine how the other dishes are"

Had dinner with a friend here at around 6:30 on a Sunday evening, and ordered the eggplant parmigiana. The chicken gnocchi soup that came with it was delicious, and the entree itself was as well (both came out very quickly). Our waiter was very friendly, and checked up on us throughout the meal to make sure we were doing alright. Would recommend for a quick sit-down meal!
