I ordered 2 steak bomb subs for delivery ( I live within a mile) at about 1 hr 10 min I called to see where my order was, they said it hasnt gone out yet. I told them I was on my way so it wouldnt be saugy and cold when I got it... as I was pulling out of the driveway the delivery girl pulled in (1hr 35min by this point). I paid for the subs and brought them inside. When I opened them, they were ice cold and the bread was soo saugy that the sub was falling apart inside the wrapping. I called and said to come get the subs and bring my money back... they were kind of rude on the phone and showed up after another hour went by they gave me my money back but without the tip. I have eaten at this place since I was little and I am starting to miss the old owners

Ive ordered from here many times! The food is pretty good but The customer service was AWFUL! The owners husband... his name I guess is Chris. He was very rude to me. I was just trying to get a price for a salad and to add steak tips on it. I was over charged and they called me and gave me a hard time. I will never be ordering from here again. Everyone at the brick house in Chelmsford had been wonderful I order food from there now! Theyre cheaper and the customer service is wonderful.

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza around 5:30 on a Sunday. It took over an hour to get to us (were right up the street). The pizza was undercooked, but the bbq chicken was over cooked, hard, tiny breaded pieces of rubber. Disappointing considering the overall good reviews for this place. That said, I want to give them another try and I hope I can change my review! Every restaurant has an off day now and again.

I am a firm believer in second chances and this place failed my food took an hour and 20 min to show up when it did the sub was falling apart from sitting and getting soggy my chicken finger dinner was cold and the French frys were also cold and soggy safe to say this is my last time eating here

Every week i get a Large cheese with extra sauce. The steak tips are on point. Deli subs are big and fresh. People who work there are cool as hell. My go to for pizza.
