I love Chipotle but this is not the best one Ive bean too. The kids there probably havent ever eaten real Mexican food or CA Mexican food, so they have no sense or taste for preparing it -- which Chipotle in better locations tries to mimic. They are sloppy & make a mess preparing burritos and bowls. They are beyond stingy with cilantro in the rice. Chipotle needs to school the kids theyve hired.

I love Chipotle but this is by far the worst Ive been to. The girl preparing food was annoying and had no clue how to assemble or roll a burrito. This was the first time Ive seen someone mess up and need a new tortilla. Everyone kinda had a careless attitude and any feedback wouldve fallen in deaf ears. Luckily everything tasted great. Maybe avoid the night crew here?

Great burrito place. Theres usually a line around lunch time and rush hour but that is expected. Great food, prepared fresh right in front of you. A burrito and drink will usually come out to about $9 but it is a great meal. The sauces are spicy, thats something you cant say about Taco Bell or Boloco. Highly recommend.

My first time in. First impression the floor was disgusting.( dont take my word for it, take a look.) I ordered 3 bowls to go. they stack the bowls sideways in bag and all the bean juice leaked on my wifes pants. Unbelievable, the wife had to change pants, and wipe the seat of the car. foods ok. service was rushed.

Worst ever. First they would rather have you stand there and wait as they do ALL there online orders before you. Even when your next in line and an online order comes through, you have to wait. They are careless when it comes to scooping out ingredients, as for there were bits of steak in my sofrita bowl.

Love Chipotle! But I got to admit the attitude on the staff is awful! The girl preparing my burritos was careless and so messy in every aspect, My burrito deserves respect!!! I wish there was another location close by, therefore I would avoid Nashua, because of their unattenttive staff.

After India food, its mexican that I love the most and Chipotle is the best mexican fast food restaurant in and around. The staff are friendly and there is good amount free parking outside. I just love their burritos and bowls. My daughter loves the Kids meal and the cheese quesidillas

Nothing like eating a dry salad! they forgot to put the dressing in my bag again!!! get all the way to work starving... I see why sales are down, they are skimping on all the ingredients. wouldnt put it past them if they kept the salad dressing to save a penny

I am a regular customer as I stay in RoyalCrest but today morning I took the same regular meal and it was too salty. For some reason it was not upto mark and this made me change my view about chipotle which I use to admire.
