Very disappointed. Called to place a delivery order and the person on the phone didnt know what "Fettuccini" pasta was. Tried repeating Fettuccini a few times until I decided to stick with spaghetti to avoid getting a wrong order. From the time I placed the order to the time the driver got to my door step was 1h19m. YES.... ONE HOUR AND NINETEEN MINUTES, and just for the record I live only 1.3 miles away from theyre establishment, on the same street, not ever one turn needed. To finalize when I got the food the pasta wasnt Fettuccini or Spaghetti it was a curly pasta. Not ordering from this place again. Bad experience.

This restaurant in Vinyl Square Chelmsford Ma, Had by far the best pizza,burgers,subs,and other Italian meals you can find for a better price then a restaurant and triple the quality stop in at Veneto Ristorante for some of the happiest times you could have. Im eating their Double Cheeseburger today and it was cooked to perfection with fresh LTMO and the finest provolone cheese, The bun is hot toasty and perfectly sized for their quarter pound patties that will fill you and leave you feeling AWESOME!

This restaurant is tops. I found them online, and didnt realize that a restaurant this good was this close by. Their Daniala pizza and steak tips are fantastic, (in fact everything Ive tried has been gold). Their service is great as well: my first order was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, but they went above and beyond to get me a fresh order quickly delivered (by the manager, no less). Everything seems very fresh, and delicious. Ill definitely continue to return.

The guy picked up the phone could not understand half of what I said. After a long wait, I finally got my order delivered. The sandwich tasted staled. The most terrible thing was a roach was found in it! Never deal with this place again. My Italian friend told me later that its not Italian food at all. The place operated by a bunch of middle east people.

Warning: I found a cockroach in my sandwich and it smelled like Raid (pesticide) which is a neurotoxin. Do not believe his smiling face, the owner is a criminal and he is poisoning you. This place should be shut down and the owner should go to jail for public endangerment.

Love the place. Order from here weekly. They are kind and very accommodating. Always wanting to please. This is not "fast food" and the dough is not frozen, as other comments state.

Took more than an hour and a half to deliver one SALAD. We are ten minutes down the street... Also order another time, their chicken marsal which was terrible!
