Sat at the bar for almost 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. We ended up going to the host stand to get our own menus. Sat another 15 minutes before he bartender came over and stayed "im new, sorry". We ordered as soon as the bartender came over bc we were afraid she wouldnt have come back. Ordered chips and salsa... arrived in 35 minutes with a handful of chips and salsa served in a dirty cup. We told the bartender the cup was dirty and requested a new one, she called she manager and said "they said this is dirty". 20 more minutes went by... still no chips and salsa... and we asked for a manager....the staff member stated "well the manager is cooking but Ill see if he can come out" she came back with our chips and salsa but by this point we were so fed up with the awful customer service. I let the bartender know we were all set, and left. The Bartender was so new and clearly not trained thoroughly... she had no help and was very clearly overwhelmed. All of this could have been fixed with a little communication from staff and management. We wont be back to this location again, thats for sure.

Went here today for lunch with an old friend. Found a bug in my water and we notified the bartender because no other staff was out. The bartender looks in the glass, puts his finger in it then says "want another water, no bug?" thinking it was a joke. So we asked for our server. Manager came over and said hes sorry that shouldve never been handled that way and will talk to the bartender and walked away. He ended up coming back and giving me a card for "a free appetizer with purchase of an entree" thinking Im going to be stepping back & spending money in that place for a "free appetizer." They didnt even offer to comp my meal or give a proper resolution. The 3 employees there were talking about us laughing over in the corner. Incredibly rude service and will never be back. Mind you it took our server over 15 minutes to pick up the check when there was only 2 other parties in the place. Will never recommend to anybody.

I had never had a problem here before...this past time just about everything was wrong with our order. Probably due to our waiter too busy spending time and flirting with the girls at the table across from us. We got our meal way before our appetizer and didnt get our appetizer before we were basically walking out the door and ended up just getting it to go by the time we got it. Our waiter told us he forgot to put it in. When we got our meal my husband got the wrong thing. To top it all off we got charged for the appetizer we didnt get until we were leaving. I get people have off days sometimes but dont charge us for the mistake he made, and I have never had this much go wrong with 1 meal before. If you go to TGI Fridays go to the one in Amherst, the service is WAAAYYYY better.

Food was great and so was service!! Dont leave any property there. I left my bluetooth and called about 2 hrs later and was told it was put in the safe! I went 2 pick it up about 6 days later due 2 car issues and they had another one that was not mine. I was very upset that mine had just seemed to disappeared. Theres no question where it went-----i left it--it was put in the safe---i was told they didnt have it!! Jeez--where could it have gone?!?! Theifs at Fridays-thats where it went!

I have to say ive been waiting a long time for my food and i am very hungry, while watching my waitress talking up a storm in the booth in front of me. When they decided to leave our waitress finely came up to us and asked how are we doing as if we have been eating . When she realized we werent even served she looked up and came up with an excuse. And now im still waiting !!!! Gizzzzzz man . People that sat down next to us got there food and we were here way before them

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had, we sat for over an hour and 20 min before we got our food, the manager on duty didnt seem to care at all said ours was the next order out of the kitchen it was and all of it was cold and gross our server was nice but very new and after asking the third time about our food I finally had to ask for a manager whom was no nice, and didnt seem to care that we had been sitting for so long this all together the worst meal ever.

Food over cooked, French fries were stale and my first drink had no alcohol in it. My second drink was straight up liquor. The waitress is really nice but kind of slow the chef needs to learn how to cook and the bartender need to learn how to mix a drink. We got endless chicken wings and we only got one plate of them. Not very pleasing and to top it off the place isnt busy at all so why is it taking so long to get our stuff?

Came for dinner by myself on a business trip on a Monday evening at about 6:30. Place didnt seem too crowded. Sat at the bar. Ordered an entree and a side salad. Took forever for the salad to come out of the kitchen. Then, once my side salad came out, my entree was out before I had a chance to finish my salad. Doesnt seem to be a very well run kitchen. If Im ever back in this area, dont think Id come here for dinner again.

Ordered a ribeye clearly wasnt a ribeye it was thin and tough as hell. Brought it to the attention of the manager he told us that it was a ribeye and that it was just thin.. just so you know Ive been eating steak for 40 years and that isnt a ribeye.. I grew up on a farm and I tell you that was a flank steak at best... the salad came out with the meal and honestly we won t be back... they used to be so much better

I didnt like anything. We should have left before we even say down. The servers were miserable and we could tell they hated their jobs or just working for this franchise. I asked our server if the salmon was dry and if she would recommend it. Her response was "its really good" I knew she was lying. She brought it out and of course it was tasteless, dry and I got food poisoning. #neveragainfridays

45 minutes for apps I guess thats the best way to do $10 unlimited appetizers I guess that way you save money on people getting fed up and walking out side note our server was great and very apologetic kitchen staff and manager either unconcerned or incompetent as everyone in the restaurant was complaining about how long it was taking yet nothing was being done
