Possibly the worst TGIF Ive ever gone to. We order "To Go" all the time (less then 10 away from my work), the first few times, they were awesome, great salads and apps. Every other time after that, HORRIBLE. They mess up my salad every time, a Caesar is suppose to come with romaine and kale, theyve given me romaine and kale EVERY single time. Not to mention the entire thing is the leaf ends, and who in the world wants to pay $10 for a salad that barely has any leaf?! Im very understanding when it comes to mess ups, but Ive never experienced such an awful restaurant. I stopped ordered for a couple weeks figuring, maybe they had a bad week. NOPE, WRONG. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Not to mention, whenever I ask for any dressing or sauces on the side, the woman (same woman EVERYTIME I go in), gives me the wrong one. Ask for spicy ranch, gives me some green ranch, ask for extra caesar, gives me some green ranch. Like HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!?! I usually go between 11:30A & 12:30P. Everytime Ive called/asked to speak to a manager, conveniently, shes always "busy" or I just sit on hold for over 10 minutes. If it was once or twice, fine. But everytime? Nope, Im done. I will absolutely NEVER order from them again. Waste of my time and money.

A group of coworkers and I decided to go to TGI Friday after work on 08/19/17 because it said it was opened to 1 am. We arrived at 12:15 pm and the waitress had told us that the kitchen was closed and the only that was opened was the bar and they were closing in a few minutes. If the hours are until 1 am then why is the kitchen closing before that time? I strongly feel like thats misleading and thats false advertising. If the waitress was lying, then why is she working night time if she doesnt want to serve guest until closing .

Though not the absolute best Fridays Ive been to, this place was still great. It was all due to our outstanding waitress Rachel, she was a true specialist in her work. She advised us about the Fridays rewards points and great promotions along with recommendations all without being too overwhelming or annoying. She did look a bit over worked, but my gosh, Ive never met a waitress who really had her head on the job. Thank you Rachel, I know this review isnt much but just know your hard work is definitely being noticed.

Great service, got right in and seated on a stormy Friday night. I come to RI once a year and make sure TGI Fridays is on my list of places to be, however this year the food really disappointed me. the buffalo burger was so sloppy I couldnt even finish it and the pasta was on the dry side. Wasnt bad enough to not come back but I hope next year the food is something Id expect from a franchise I love so much and previously worked for in my hometown.

Went to dinner there tonight. Waitress was horrible. I ordered Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. She brought me a turkey burger, when I brought it to her attention, she brought me out a bowl of sliced avocado instead of offering to bring me the correct dinner. Then she avoided our table until I had another waitress get the manager. Never going back. Oh and then there was the drink issue also....

Well we didnt even get seated, we had a party of 18 and had an attitude as soon as we walked in. Due to the manager who sent home 1/2 her staff on a Saturday night by 10 pm on a race night, she said it would be an hour before we were seated even though the place was empty. Totally disappointed, thank god there was an Applebees down the road, they NEVER disappoint.

I THINK ITS HORRIBLE THAT THEY TAKE AWAY THE ENDLESS APPS THIS SHOULD BE AN ALL YEAR AROUND TYPE THING I WENT THERE WITH MY FAMILY TODAY JUST FOR THE ENDLESS APPS SO THEY DIDNT HAVE IT SO WE WALKED RIGHT OUT!!! ID LIKE TO TELL CORPORATE ABOUT Y THEY DONT HAVE THEIR ENDLESS APPS ALL YEAR ROUND N HOW TERRIBLE I THINK IT IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE IT!!!!

Went with a group of 6 people...4 of us got our food and were done eating before 2 others did. When they finally brought one guy his side salad...there was a hair in the dressing. 2 hours of my life wasted on bad service and gross food. Dont go here.

Had reservations and no one recognized reservations when we showed up. We had to wait 53 minutes to be seated. In that time, 23 people that were waiting to be seated walked out. Very poor customer service given by the two hostesses.

It is what it is. Keep your expectations low. Its a chain restaurant. Food is sometimes okay other times awful . Drinks are over priced. Service is hit or miss. Its convenient cause usually dead. I wonder why.

The bartender looked overworked and took about 10 minutes to greet me after I sat down at the bar. Its a good thing I wasnt in a hurry as service was somewhat slow.

If youre good shop you can find good deals at Kohls. Kohls has a very liberal return policy. if youre unhappy for any reason just bring it back.
