I dined here on 7/24/16 with my husband and son. This is the third time that we have gone to Fridays and received less than standard service and food. I feel like I should send a comment in now that it has been three times in a row with bad service and food. My hysband ordered the JD chicken. The chicken was not seared and was rubbery. It was not good at all. I ordered the sizzling chicken and it was more edible. The presentation of food was messy and thrown on the plate. The mashed potatoes were cold. It was not good at all. The service was not good either. She came to check on us after she dropped off the food 25 mins later after we done and had the plates stacked on the table for her. We were sitting next to the wait station. All you could hear the employees talk bad about all the customers and using inappropriate language. I thought the staff would have been more professional. And not let other customers hear them. I would not recommend this location at all. Horrible horrible..... never go here

Had the worst experience EVER! 3/3/17 Framingham. Ordered 2 hamburgers for take out, after 38 minutes went to front desk and asked how much longer and was told 1 minute. After an additional 10 minutes Nicole one of the managers came out with a 15.00 bill for 1 hamburger. I said I ordered two, she went to the order book, as If I was lying and saw I ordered two burgers. She took my credit card and told me it would be a few minutes, she came back in 1 minute with a corrected check for 26.00 + and had me pay the order in FULL! I foolishly did that because an additional 30 minutes later I got my 2nd burger with no apology! I AM LIVID! Will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I WISH I DIDNT PAY FOR THE BURGERS AHEAD OF TIME, I SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT! I was getting dinner for my husband & myself after a busy day at the hospital and was HUNGRY! NEVER FRIDAYS AGAIN! BURGERS WERE PURE GREASE ! DISGUSTING BAD FOOD!

6:09pm - placed order online for pick-up 6:10pm - called and asked for the pick-up to be for 8pm. Was told it was no problem. 8:22pm - arrived. I was willing to have cold food b/c I knew I was 20 min. late, but when I got there I was asked what I ordered "in case they dont have it ready" 8:45pm - told it was being prepared and would be a few minutes 9:14pm - food came out and I was asked to sign the bill. I said "wait, Im paying for this when its coming out 75 minutes after it should have been ready?" Guy went back to get manager, but manager was in the food line and said they would take care of it (aka refund) Well see if they actually refund. On top of all of this, the medium-rare steak I ordered was more than well done (picture attached) Seems like this location has a major problem with service and organization from my experience and other reviews.

Well me , my brother and a co worker went to eat and have a beer. We got to the bar and first of all the bar still had two plates three half drunk beers and french fries on the bar she had a very late clean up obviously... Ok sat down and ordered three buds.. She ask for IDs so we said ok. So she looked at my coworkers ID and she said ok (hes from ny) then she ask me and my brother and we showed her ( we from PA) and then she said we need 2 IDs to drink because we are from out of state. So i ask her why does my coworker only has one id and ur gonna serve him? She answered because he looks fifty smh. Bullshit because my coworkers (italian) and we were black. Very very very racists place... Even the manager toke the side of the bar tender.

I am impressed. The service was fantastic and the food was great. I only gave 3 stars because of a dirty water glass with food debris that someone took a few sips of before realizing a problem, and also because in the past this has been the worst restaurant i have been to. We got french onion soup, breadsticks, and the endless appetizers deal. The breadsticks were the best, almost like unsweet fried dough, crisp on the outside and light on the inside. The french onion soup was tasty and exactly as expected. For the apps we had nachos, mozzeralla sticks, pot stickers, quesadillas, potato skins, and fried boneless chicken. All of them were very good and you cant beat the variety. Also, props for being open late.

We arrived at 8:30, and after waiting at the front of the restaurant for 5 minutes (there was no line) we were finally acknowledged and seated. Apparently the host never showed up for his shift and nobody bothered finding coverage. We ordered appetizers and drinks at the same time. The appetizers came before the drinks and we had to wait about 15 minutes for two of the four drinks. The server came around once every 15-20 minutes to tell us that either he forgot one of our orders or that something wasnt ready. The restaurant was not very busy. On top of the abysmal service, the reciept tried to tell me that 20% of 21.59 was 7.24. This place is unbelievably poorly managed.

I will come here several time during the month with friends. The bartenders are social and treat you like a friend. The food is tasty including my favorite 2 for $12 special they offer with fried mozzarella and a cheese burger. I do find they run out of food often though, they could use a better ordering process. The bar changes its Decor about every 3 months and clearly shows thought was put into it. Mostly the waiting staff are friendly although there are few I will avoid. Ive been going to this Fridays for over a year now and plan to continue in the near future.

So this is by far the WORST experience I have EVER HAD. The customer service was so slow!!! My friends and I waited over an HOUR for our food and the manager was beyond rude. One of my friends didnt even get her food until everyone else was done eating theirs. Another friend her meal came out so wrong and after waiting extra long for them to redo it she didnt even want to eat anymore. My food came out cold which I was beyond pissed about because there is nothing I hate more than being served cold food. I will NEVER go back their again to eat!!!

TERRIBLE service. Went in for lunch, the place was slow, and my server had me waiting and waiting and waiting. The few interactions I did have with him, were pathetic. Another server had to bring me my food and utensils when it was finally ready, since he was too busy talking and playing on his phone. I sat in the bar area (which was empty), and the bartender would be doing nothing, but would occasionally look at me.. But yet never asked me if I was all set. Over 1 & 1/2 hours in that stupid place.. And all I ordered was a burger. The WORST.

Terrible service and extremely rude waitress. We were confused about the endless apps and she spoke to us as if we were idiots. Note: if you get endless apps and someone else eats off of it, THEY WILL BE CHARGED. For some reason theres no sharing allowed. Waitress gave extreme attitude and raised her voice at us and management didnt do anything about it. I am a waitress as well so I tried to be understanding but she put it over the edge. Will not be going back there.
