Yes...its s chain. Buy imo if you want s burger, that is like you would make, this is it. This is not s fancy burger or fancy burger joint...it is good yummy burgers cooked for you when you order them fast. The menu is limited, as are the toppings...no crazy stuff...just the stuff most folks would put on one at home. If you have not gone, imo try it. The fact you get free peanuts to munch on while waiting and can see bags of potatos, cartons of fry oil, and boxes of peanuts being used as functional decorations and storage does give this place a unique feel. Many, no...the fresh cut fries, with the name of the farm on a sign, come in a cup that overflows into the bag, leaving great marks, and the burgers come wrapped in aluminum foil.

I really do enjoy this place but the last couple times at this location I have been disappointed. At most locations after a few minutes they will dump old fries and make new ones...the last couple times here I have watched the fry guy and he just lets them sit. I got home and had cold, limp fries and Im less than ten minutes from the store. At nineteen bucks for 2 burgers and a med fry I dont think I should have to ask for fresh fries. Just my opinion.

Great food with terrible staff and service. My favorite fast food place is going downhill fast crash and burn. Ordered online and was legit forgotten and past over during a small rush. Then I get home with the wrong burger, no Bacon! and instead find Franks Hot Sauce drenched all over the thing. And the sandwiches are cold because they sat and waited just like us in the dining room. Ill think twice before they get another chance

Not only do their burgers and ingredients taste great they dont leave you in the bathroom once youve eaten them! I stopped eating burgers from fast food places as they leave me feeling sick and are generally unhealthy. Thankfully, a place like Five Guys exists where I can enjoy an occasional burger without the negative side affects. There shakes are DELICIOUS as well!

Basic fast food place that is quick and friendly. The french fries are excellent and the portions are very generous. The condiment selection is really large. One of the best hamburgers around Concord. One word of warning, this is not the place for people with nut allergies. They offer free, fresh peanuts as snacks and the fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Awesome food. Easy to get GF, no extra cost. Theyre very good about allergen warnings & careful to change gloves & wash implements to avoid cross-contamination. One place I know I can get delicious french fries that are perfectly safe: they dont offer anything breaded-and-fried. Also they have the most awesome milkshakes...

When I visit Manchester, I normally make a trip here, even though its a little expensive. No, its not a little expensive, its very expensive. So a guide: Dont get a large fries - its enormous, not large - and make sure you get a fun soft drink from the clever multi-dispensing machine. Save up and make a trip occasionally.

This was a really awesome place to go and grab burgers and they have pretty good milkshakes its unfortunate that a drug addict that works there decided to threaten me when he was not at the establishment and then proceed to tell me that I was not allowed to go there. I eat there frequently he knows who I am not cool.

Pricey and oily burgers- The price of a burger is about $7 which is about 50% higher than MacDonald. The burger is oily and big fries taste is very bad. I dont understand why some people gave 5 starts for pricey and unhealthy food. I will never visit the store for rest of my life.

Too bad their online ordering doesnt work. After painstakingly filling out the required fields Im asked to choose a payment method and the only choice is a credit card. Wtf. I use cash. Advised by store thats the deal. Pick up the phone cause its much faster.

bacon double cheese burgers, the best Ive ever are there are perfect match to the fries and if you order your food 5 minutes before you get in you dont have to wait in a long line just walk right to the front and pick up your order! ;-)

The food came out fast and the people were friendly. My burger was......ok but our fries were definitely under cooked and needed to be salted. I think for a burger place its a little expensive for the quality of food we got.

Typical burger joint. It was fun fir a quick bite. Was not overly impressed with the sandwich. Rather plain. Tasted fine but Ive had better. I have heard there fries were amazing but I only found the average.

Its a very unique fast food style restaurant with good burgers and some of the best fries Ive had. Prices are more in line with an American style restaurant than they are with other fast food burger shops.

Delicious milkshakes and you always get extra fries. Burgers are decent, but not giant. The place satisfies, but its a bet expensive for a burger and fries. Staff are nice, very excited.
