Im going to stop being a patron of the Cheesecake Factory because of the discourteous treatment I received when trying to make a reservation today. In case you might think that this restaurant is reliable in making reservations and considerate of longtime patrons, let me tell you about how they treated me: 1. I called yesterday to make a reservation for today and was told that they could make reservations only before 5:30 P.M., which would be too early for my daughter who was driving here from Philadelphia. 2. When my daughter called me a few minutes ago to say she would be able to make it in time for a 5:30 P.M. reservation, I called your office and was told that I COULD make a reservation today, but would have to do so through the manager, whom I would have to call after 15 minutes. 3. I called the manager after 15 minutes and was told that they were not making ANY reservations today and that he couldnt imagine who had told me otherwise! My son in California just sent me $75 in gift certificates to the Cheesecake Factory as his Christmas present. Im now going to ask the Cheesecake Factory to give me a refund on those gift certificates! I have no desire to continue eating at this restaurant which treats its customers so poorly! Gilbert

I took my daughter & granddaughter here. We ordered bowtie pasta for my grand daughter. It came out cold and rubbery. We returned it. 5 minutes later it returned cold and rubbery. We ordered the Buffalo Blasts. These were very tasty. But the 1tbs of blue cheese and hot sauce were gone after the 3rd blast. Our waitress was MIA 80% of our meal so we ate the other 5 plain. My daughter ordered the fried fish, which is scrod. It was cold, the fries were hard. Slaw and tarter sauce were good. I ordered the Chargrilled Coulotte Steak. $18.50. The cheesecake factory now holds the honor for serving me the WORST steak I have ever eaten. Dry, No spices, no butter, no flavor. It was served cold. The service was horrible. We got 1 bowl of bread. 2 refills of water. Sipping ice melt is bad. The Atmosphere was dark, dingy, my seat was dirty, I had to use my napkin to clean the chair and the soda spot on my place at the table. It was very loud. The seats were stacked on top of each other. I thought I was sitting with a party of 30, because my neighbors were within a foot of me. I do not recommend this restaurant. If you want a steak that is 100 times tastier than this place, just go to applebees. Save yourself $40.00.

First of all I want to start by saying disregard anybody who complains about menu. Yes it is expensive but you pay for what you get. Portions huge and menu has a meal from every culture. You want to be cheap go to fast food. This is a place about high standards and consistent service. It is a huge company so yes not every server you ever get is adequate, however get a vet and you get taken care of. The chain is built on high volume and high quality. Never had a bad experience with this location. They always accommodate mistaken orders so I would take the low rated opinions out to the trash. Anybody who doesnt tip 20% is as bad as the country we live in for allowing servers to work for 2.63 a hour. Understand these people work 60 hour weeks and work many 12 hour days give them a break if they make a mistake. We are all human.

I was here on Aug 31st it was a special day for my daughter and I and she couldnt wait to have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory! While we were waiting for our order my daughter and I saw a mouse run right by our feet. So we decided to leave with how scared she was of seeing it. I talked to one of the waitress and told her why we were leaving her replay was. Oh no yes the mouse has been running around for a couple days now. I find this to be very gross you are dealing with food and for them to know about it and its not a big issue to them. I wrote to a manger and its now been over a week and still no response. I am very unhappy and it ruined my daughters special day.

While waiting for a table someone puked projectile at the entrance all the way to the restrooms (instead of going outside). Employees (mainly young) tried to ignore. They did not warn people coming in not to step in it. Did not care my wife was hit with some of the projectile, or that it was thoughout the restaurant. People continued to walk through the puke including employees. When I suggested that the employees try to keep people away they told me it was not a big deal and that some would clean it up soon. In the meantime people were tracking the puke throughout along with the smell. Our family decided to eat elsewhere. Very disappointed

Ordered a Chicken Marsala to go. I have ordered Chicken Marsala at least 20 times if not more, from the Cheesecake Factory. It has always been my favorite dish there. Was extremely disappointed, the chicken looked and tasted like it had been boiled or steamed. Rather than the usual pan fried. It lacked flavor, besides being bland and tasteless it was dry. I dont have the order information as I looked everywhere and didnt seem to have gotten a reciept. My husband and son said they ordered the Chicken Marsala too, last week. They said it was awful. Please go back to the way you used to make it. Otherwise, I will be forced to go somewhere else.

This place has a huge list of food to choose from. If youre a lover of food then you might have a hard time making a decision. The portions are pretty big with the exception of the "Skinnylicious" menu. All the food tastes very fresh. Like new. The atmosphere is not bad. Kind of packed or squished, but as long as you get nice neighbors you will be happy. Quiet music in the background. The only reason Im taking one star off is because this place is always busy. You might end up waiting like two hours just to get a seat. And then comes waiting for the food to cook.

Always easy to get a table for two here (though we try to avoid the most peak times). The service is always prompt and friendly. The food is consistent with other Cheesecake Factory restaurants-- the reality is, its a chain. Theres something for everyone on the huge menu. Of course you have to get dessert- but we always pack ours to go because were stuffed (portions are huge). Parking can be difficult in the outside lot but the mall parking garage by Lord & Taylor is usually a good bet.

This restaurant boasts about their new gluten free menu, however, if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, DO NOT eat here! I specifically told my server that I had a gluten allergy. Needless to say, that meant nothing to this restaurant, as I have never been this sick! Not to mention that my meal was cold and the service was awful. Our waitress spent more time gossiping with a co-worker than she did tending to her tables. SO not worth the money. NEVER going back.

I really like this chain but this particular location stay clear of absolutely horrible service. The waitress that served my party was assuming assertive and we got the sense that she was just putting up with us instead of catering to us. One the members of my party got incorrectly cooked steak (not the waitresses fault). I gave those crooks a tip according to the level of service and they added or that what I requested. Never again will I eat at this location
