I will not be back to the Olive Garden in Manchester after my last 2 experiences. 1. Went to celebrate my friend and is birthdays back in February. Now, Im a server so I dont get too irritated and I get people get busy. But to take 30 minutes for everyone at the table to get drinks is absurd. The food came out at all different times. We were done eating by the time the last person got their meal. Waiter never came back to check on us either. Also in the reservation I said we were celebrating 2 birthdays and they never came out to sing and it was supposed to be a surprise for my friend. After we got the checks, he never came back. We had to pay upfront with a manager because our waiter couldnt be bothered. 2. Yesterday, 4/17 I went with just a friend at a much slower time. The server was incredibly rude. Sherry was her name. I asked for stuffed shells with no tomato and when my food came out, I had manacodi??? I dont even like that. Then when I politely said to her "Im really sorry but I ordered the stuffed shells" she ARGUED with me for a solid 5 minutes and never apologized. She insisted that I ordered the manacodi with seafood and not the stuffed shells with chicken. I dont like manacodi or seafood so I said to her I would not have ordered it. I asked for the stuffed shells and I got them (thank god) but she did try to make me just eat the manacodi. Then she continued to make rude remarks the rest of our time there. A word of advice: when your customer tells you that they did not order what you served them, you do not argue with them if you want a 20+% tip! I will NOT be back here.

Have been there 3 times and only once left satisfied. First visit was so bad we left before ordering. The waitress was extremely rude and literally had an attitude with me and my boyfriend. We decided to try it again in hopes that it was just bitchy staff and we would have someone else anyway. We had to wait which is common for Olive gardens everywhere and we enjoyed half price wine at the bar for the inconvenience, love that. We enjoyed the rest of the visit and were confident wed go back. Last visit we waited again but they didnt have my wine, eh no biggie, seated by a friendly waitress who proceeds to list what they were out of that evening and the list was large. Leaves to get our drinks and returns 15 minutes later. Puts them on the table and walks away not taking our order not asking if we want breadsticks and salad, just leaves. I had to g

The Olive Garden, long off my list of acceptable chain restaurants, is back on. The food is improving, again. The staff seems friendlier. Perhaps adversity has prompted a turn around. I hope so, because I think Carrabbas is now sliding in the wrong direction. I like Italian style food. I cook a lot of it, so I dont often go out for it. When I do, I do not want to be disappointed. Especially at a chain restaurant. I will be honest: I like the salad. I know. It isnt anything special. But I could eat the salad and have soup with it for lunch anytime. There are better Italian restaurants in the area, locally owned and operated. But every so often ... Olive Garden fits the bill. Particularly, when we are on the road. I hope the uptrend continues.

On 6/1/2016 I went to the Olive garden in worcester Ma. We were a party of 8. When we checked in we were told we would be seated in about 30 minutes. 1 hr and 30 minutes later we still had been seated. What bothered me was a party of 7,4 parties of 4,a party of 3 and 4 parties of 2 that came in after us were seated ahead of us. When I asked at the desk the 4 empty headed young ladies said nothing. I asked for the manage rand she also had nothing to say. It is my opinion that WHOEVER trained these people should be fired. I go to the Olive Garden in Manchester N h and never been treated with such disrespect or complete lack of professional behavior.

I went to the Olive Garden today May 22 with my son and had a great meal and the waitress was a very good server and pleasant, this was the second time we had this server and she remembered us. I thought that was nice because I am sure she had many customers and cannot remember all of them in a busy restaurant. I will gladly request her service the next time I am there. Some of them do not make any conversation or just minimal, and never come back to see if anything else is needed.I enjoyed our meals and came back to check on our table several times. Thanks again,Jonelle, we were very happy customers.

Common among chain restaurants, the food tastes like it was a frozen meal, thawed and served. Breadsticks and salads are great, the rest is not worth the price. Principato wine there is fantastic. Service has been great and bad (server and time of day make the difference here). The major knock on Olive Garden these days, is they are among the least healthy of the options out there... look and the calories and fat in their breadsticks and salad... can you imagine a salad less healthy than a big-mack? yikes! Atmosphere is nice, but not outstanding in any way.

Food was great, but service at the bar was a little lacking. The woman serving me had very low energy and acting like taking my order was a hardship for her. The man tending bar with her was very busy with others. It was the busy dinner service and there were several people coming in for drinks before their tables opened. They received half of 6ozwines for their wait but people eating at the bar had no happy hour or discounts. Seems a little unfair. Of course the breadsticks and salad will always be the highlight and the main reason I go.

The service is really good... and did I mention the service is really good- Thats about it for positive notes. The food is not good. Complete IMITATION Italian. A lot of the dishes lack flavor. I have never been in their kitchen but I would guess there would be a lot of mircrowaves. If you are looking for real true Italian food, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for great service, subpar food quality and decent desserts, you might enjoy the Olive Garden Manchester.

Not my favorite place, the price is a little high for what the quality is. My husband and have been several times. The meals have come cold often and had to be sent back. Service is a hit or miss, we have had good and bad service. Last time we were there the service was fair and only one meal was lukewarm the other meal hot. We sat in the bar area in a booth. The lights hanging above the tables had a thick layer of dust on them. Not a very clean restaurant.
