Upon entering and the first half of my experience the night I went in, about a week or so ago, was HORRID ... the staff barely acknowledged my existence and when I told the young kid with the really fake blonde hair about what I wanted for meat he sighed like he was being put out. Then my plate got to the sides section and a young man named Jesse saved my experience. He let me know what was just about to come out of the kitchen and he was friendly, personable, treated me like I was paying money for this food and that what I wanted mattered. He bagged my meal up, wished me a good night, smiled at me and I was on my way. Thank goodness for him because that probably would have been my first and last time in that store had he not shown me that at least some of your staff cares about the customers contributing to their paychecks. That fine young man deserves a raise and certainly deserves some praise for his attitude, demeanor and friendly professionalism.

Came with my family today and not only was everything cold but the chicken was very dry and cold....the dining area was filthy with trash on the floor ans dirty tables and seats.....the messy dining area would at least have some validation if they were bisy but we are the only ones here and at least 5 people working ...actially watched someone come out take a couple pieces of trash off one table by us,never wiped it down and went back out back...all around awful visit and very much unlikely to return to this location again...which really does sadden me! Poor showing guys!!!!

I loved Boston Barket, they have dilicious dinner meals for me and my 9 children. The chicken pot pie was moistness and crumbly in mouth. Bobston Markers has grate friendly peple. They also didnt miend when i listened to Spooky Scary Skeletons for 10 hours all hunchesd back in the cornwr of the store like Pink Guy hiding from Lord Chin Chin. Smelly smells in that restaurnt:) bobs burgers is a grwat place to have moist yummies for u and ur fam home boii

Food very good. Person behind the cash register.......as much personality at a dead fish. No smile, no "how are you doing?" She seemed frustrated at my mom for not showing the coupon first! Oh my gosh! She had to get sommone to the cash register to re-enter the transaction. My mom said " forget the coupon " So she paid for our lunch and will use the coupon another time.

Used them for their to go thanksgiving meal that serves 12, half ham half turkey breast and a bunch of sides. Food was outstanding and they were able to have it ready 3 hours early for us so we could get home and prep for our visiting family. We will definitely be using them again for our Christmas celebration.

Food going downhill fast. This used to have really good food. Chicken was undercooked, and bland, green beans were rubber and a yellow color to half of them. Dining room a mess and staff seemed as though they hated their job.

The food was cold, tasted old like itd been sitting there for hours. The rice was hard.. gross, and it was really pricey for the quality of food. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location again.
