Lots of really good food choices. The burgers are very good, they make good wings and salads, and of course the Irish stew. Make sure to order the sweet potato fries, theyre perfectly done. And the BBQ pork is absolutely delicious, try it on the loaded nachos or especially the Mac and cheese. Service is medium speed but very friendly. Theres always some sort of entertainment, too, from live bands to impromptu trad -- it is an Irish pub after all.

Salt hill is a godsend to this area. Good food and drinks all the time. They also have live music and events frequently, which are fun and keep people in the area interested. Sometimes their food is a bit on the processed side, but it is a pub after all and they beat out your average pub food any day of the week. The only thing Ive ever wished for here was more scratch-made specials that I like (Im a picky eater, so not their fault really lol).

Perhaps the best restaurant in the Upper Valley for casual dining. The food is fresh and tasty, the selection of beers is well balanced, and the place exudes the warmth of a friendly neighborhood pub. To make it even better, they celebrate every Monday with a $2.50 pint night. Just watch out--this place is hopping on Friday and Saturday nights, and a seat is a rare find!

A nice place in a nice location with decent food and an Irish atmosphere. Prices were average pub prices. Portions were definitely large and filling. My friend wanted to buy the mug they served his coffee in, bribing the waitress 6 bucks. Instead, she asked her manager and sold it to him for 3 bucks. Service like that, with a sense of humor, is definitely worth 5 stars.

Really disappointed! Three of the four of us ordered the smoked Gouda and bacon mac and cheese, and we all have the same reaction after taking our first bite - it barely tasted like Gouda at all - it was so bland! It was soupy, not cheesy. We asked for salt to give it some flavor! The wait staff was excellent, but the food was such a letdown!

Theres a reason Salt Hill is the go-to location in town. The waitstaff is excellent and the food is *consistently* good. The bands they bring in are hit or miss, but good around 80% of the time. My one complaint is the amount of time it takes to get served. Theres a bottleneck somewhere; its definitely not lazy servers/bartenders.

5 stars to 2 b/c of last night - when its bad, it can be very bad: we were all thirsty, couldnt get a waitress attention, our food came at different times, they ran out of stuff after we ordered, and the salads were wilted. To be fair to the waitresses, this looks like poor management- the restaurant seemed short-staffed.

Good looking menu and beer specials. Got the west side burger with pub fries. Asked for no tomatoes and tomatoes came on it..waitress saw and said nothing. Burger was ok but alittle greasy. Fries were undercooked. Atmosphere was nice and I would good grab beers there if in lebanon again maybe.

The dinner and bar selections are great, but everything else seems to be lacking. Every time I go there it takes about 20 minutes for a beer to get to my table - order early! The lighting is dark, and the live music is often poor. If you like dive bars, this would probably be perfect for you.

Ive been going there since they opened years ago and its always, always, always just a warm, lively, cozy place to be. Great food, great decor, excellent service, friendly staff! The Black Bean dishes are my favorite. And the Mayor of Lebanon Sandwich, of course.

One of my husbands and mine favorites. Would meet for dates there five years ago. We make the 2.5 hour ride back up there on anniversaries. Wish we lived closer. Great place..good food, friendly service and they pour the perfect Guinness!

My defacto watering hole. Jonesy made this place better than it already was. Pub food here is on a whole nother level. Great beer selection, fun live music, and some really great staff. Stop by for the Salt Hill Pale Ale, its so fetch.

Nice little spot. Vegetarian options are labeled and the fries are awesome. Only sat at the bar but seems like a chill spot if youre feeling parched and want some pub grub.
