This location sucks. They turn the phone off so they dont have to take orders. Im standing in the store with barely anyone here. No one greeted us after 5 minutes of standing in front of register. Stop hiring these wack ass kids who dont know what they are doing. This location does not care about customer service, just a body to get through the shifts. I wish there was a closer location. So in addition, bought two smoothies. They were horrible with no taste. Brought it back after going to the store to have it remade and this one kid was so nasty so I just went ahead and got a refund. Headed to Blue Diamond location. Should have gone in the first place. I said it before but after this Im done with this location. Will never ever go back to this store.

They are just horrible. Constantly getting my very simple order wrong. Waiting in line for upwards of ten minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. And the staff is literally all teenagers who wouldnt know customer service from counting change. If it was a one off situation I could understand but I have been working in the same parking lot for three years. They have been consistently bad for three years. Maybe the manager needs to be re-evaluated for the staff they decide to hire. Just go to the one on Blue Diamond.

This place is a joke. I would suggest driving to the one on Blue Diamond. The last couple times I have been here there has been one person working. All times have been at peak business hours. Whoever owns this location should get the act together. As a long time customer I will not be coming back. Employees move like molasses. I dont blame them if my management couldnt figure out how to provide a staff that could help the operation. I am truly suprised that the place is still open at this point.

Woefully understaffed. Waited 15-20 minutes for a smoothie because one poor kid is working the 4pm shift with like 5 groups of people waiting for food. Edit: 30 minutes. Thought the kid was giving me my order but it was another guy and he proceeded to cook food for the next couple groups with no sign of my DRINK anywhere. Lady literally came, got food, and left 3 orders behind me before I got a smoothie

Staff was great as always. However, every time I go there I wait at least 20 minutes for one smoothie. My sandwich got cold while waiting for my smoothie. Also they have messed up my order a few times. I like Tropical Smothie Cafe which is why I go and this is the closest to my house. I only ask that you hire more people so that I can get my smoothie in under 20 minutes PLEASE!!

The official website and Google both indicate closing at 2am on Saturday night. Went there at 1am. Door locked. I can see the employee working in the kitchen. Tried to call by phone, no answer. What exactly is the closing time? 1am or 2am??? Get it right!

This place gets pretty busy, so dont be in a hurry to get your smoothie. That applies to all Tropical Smoothie locations. Still, smoothies in this location are consistently delicious. Parking may be difficult to find. Also, no cookies in this location.

The smoothies speak for themselves but the service and atmosphere was awesome. They had great music on and everyone had smiles like they enjoyed what they were doing. Im a regular at Tropical Smoothies but this location had the best to offer.

This is the WORST tropical Smoothie EVER. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. There is no manger, and when you try to call her, she never calls back or answers. They mess up orders all the time, DO NOT GO HERE.

In my area, you can order a junior breakfast burrito for $1.99 and get a smoothie for $2.99 which is the same price as a $4.99 smoothie...mmmm..must be a loop hole.
