If I could give less then a star I would. Like minus 10 stars. This location on Saturday 9 23. 2017 around 6pm or so had the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in any industry. The team that was working there had a complete breakdown in communication between themselves and the many customers that were there in the lobby. It took me over 45 minutes to receive my food. And if I had not went to the counter and explain to 3 different staff members on what my order was. I would have waited even longer. I know there were other customers that waited even longer. Many of them. They had written down the order on the back of small paperplates. And had to keep asking the customers. Was this your order. As if any of us knew what 1c or 2b neant. Which was written for them to know what meal to prepare. I watched one customer get snapped at by the young girl working the front counter because the customer told her I dont know what that means. They had the drive up closed when I got there. Not sure why. But it was open when I left almost an hour later. Horrible horrible service. At this location. The store manager needs to know this. I am calling to talk to the manager. And hopefully panda has put an responsible adult in charge. Because the young kids that were there clearly need more training for the basic operations of there job and customer service skills. I will not go back to this location. Ever again.

For some reason there is ALWAYS a long wait at this place. We decided to go inside where no one was in line to avoid the long drive through. We were the only people in line other than someone checking out. We waiting at least 10 min before being helped as other filled orders for the drive through in front of us. Finally, a very sweet girl who came from the back seeing we werent helped while the gentleman who was supposed "help us in just a minute" was busy cleaning off counters and doing other things. The young lady named Janae apologized for our wait and took care of us immediately while he coworker complained about people continuing to come in because he wanted to close and go home. The only reason this review has even two stars is because of Janae and how helpful she was. She deserves 5 stars for the best customer service Ive had, probably ever, at a fast food place. She needs a raise! The rest of the operation needs some help. Its a constant problem.

As usual I had to check the bad and I didnt get the sweet and sour sauce that was suppose to be be in the bag. Then I get home and I paid for 4 chicken egg ela and only got 3. This is a Terrible Panda and the management doesnt seem to care when you complain. Problem is we love Panda Sat of Memorial Day weekend. 1. Management doesnt care about the issue. 2. When I placed the order in the seventies I was told it was $9.60 but when I got to the pick up window it was $10.09. Amount changed in 5 min. 3. Ordered 2 chicken egg rolls and only got one sweet sour sauce. 4. Ordered teriyaki chicken and didnt get the teriyaki sauce. Thank goodness I dont trust this Panda and always check my order before I drive away.

Main reason I cant stand THIS Panda Express location specifically: SMALL PORTIONS. Im paying for the box to be filled up all the way or at least decently but this Panda is rationing food like theres a famine or something and doesnt even make it to the rim of the individual slots for the food. Youre better off going to the Panda Express on Avondale Blvd & W. Van Buren St. They fill their boxes up almost to the point that they cant even close shut!

I went here one day on my lunch break from work I pull into the drive thru and it took 10 minutes for 2 cars to get through because they were so slow and backed up I never want to come here again. Thanks to them taking for ever I was late coming back on my lunch break and I told them at the window I was very disappointed with how slow their service was and they didnt do anything to compensate me Im very disappointed with this location

Used to take out from this location always but more then once our orders were wrong. Today we decided to try going in to eat and the customer service was horrible. People started to walk out due to the manager over pricing other peoples order because they were out of take out plates and they were using the bowls and small ala carte boxes to complete a plate. Customers walked out and so did we. Never going to this panda again.

Food is great but if you get someone in the drive thru that orders dinner for the whole family then you are looking at about 15-25 mins, makes sense that there are few pandas with drive thu. If you arent EXTREMELY patient then dont use the drive thru! You will be full rage mode by the time you get your food. Ive been here about 25 times in a year and the first time took no less 30 mins...never used the drive thru again

Today Panda was under staffed at lunch time, service was not good, the line was almost outside the east entrance,the server at the front on the line was also the cashier for most of the lunch hour running back to ring up the people and then running back to the front of the line, also the soda dispenser was outterly of ice for a good while. This restaurant definitely lacked to leadership.

Weve been coming here off and on for a while now... We ate there last night and we all really enjoyed the food! They offer a wide variety of dishes and the pricing is very affordable. My wife and I both got the Samurai Surf & Turf and we both loved it! Hope they keep that one permanently, as it appears they will rotate dishes.

Seem to always get ripped off from this place. The fryers are always broken at night, if they run out of a certain thing, they wont offer to make it for you and ask you to pick something else. Contacted corporate with no response. After the 4th time being ripped off and never have what we want I finally decided to email them.

Wrote it down on the bottom of a plate, family meal. Still got it wrong. Came all the way home, no noodles! Called, all they said was "I cant hear you" so I guess a face to face with NATE the manager is in order. The boxes were popping open, spilling out. I can handle that, just not the "I cant hear you " rudeness.

When we went, the gal at the counter was having a tough time keeping up with the orders. Also, the dining area was quite dirty. We love Panda but have found that generally all the locations weve been to lately have been going downhill somewhat. Sad because we used to really like Panda.

The foods always great, but they stop making food at 9pm when they dont close until 10:30pm. What a let down... I guess no Panda for those who have closing shifts and just want a hot dinner. Sometimes the service is slow, but other than that its clean and the employees are fairly friendly.
