Went to Firehouse Subs for the first time today. I was craving a meatball sub and had recently gotten an ad in the mail advertising theirs. We pulled up to the store which was clean and aromatic (in a good way). Nice charm inside the place and I loved the "Dalmatian print" tabletops that tied in the Firehouse theme. We paid about $17 for two large meatball subs (one as a combo). Portions were pretty huge and now I have a meal for later too. Good service, fresh, tasty food, and decent prices. I would definitely go back. Dont get the Cherry Lime-Aid though....just a big cup of sugar syrup.

These guys are always rude as hell everytime I place a lunch order for our office. The manager is extremely rude and doesnt appreciate repeat business. He acts like hes doing you a favor by taking your order. The subs are about the same quality as subway, just w/o the rude customer service. The only reason we order there are the cookies. Which are really good, but not worth the harassment for trying to place an order over the phone. Mark actually told us he wasnt going to take our order and hung up the phone on us.....WTF?!!

Since trying this place out in the summer I have eaten here at least once a week. All the sandwhiches are amazing I can never decide which one to order. The staff has always been friendly. My girlfriend hates me because its the only place I take her. I wish these guys would do a mealplan for college students I could eat here every day!!!!!

The food was good, its hard to mess that up. What horrible service though. Every firehouse Ive walked into has offered a friendly welcome, but not here. I thought we were possibly invisible and there was only 1 other party there. Im big on service and this location was really lacking that.

First time eating at a firehouse subs, what can I say love it and the employees at this location where very friendly and the place is clean throughout I just wish I have known about firehouse subs a while back because all this time I have been throwing my money away with subway!

I really enjoy the sandwiches they are soo good. but the Managers to the girls that work there are very rude except the nice girl with the flower in her hair shes the only nice one there.... Customer service really needs work!!!!

I stopped going to the other sub shops once I tasted a firehouse... This one has it all great food with real tasty ingredients, friendly staff and nice stores. Well lit, firefighter decorations. Love the art work!

We stopped by for a weekday lunch. The restaurant was not too crowed considering the time. Sandwiches were made pretty quickly. Pretty typical for a Firehouse Subs.

Ask about the Engine Company - not on the menu, but a delicious sandwich with turkey and roast beef. Friendly staff, but sometimes too crowded at lunch!
