I went through drive-thru and ordered two cheesy gordita crunches. Neither had baja sauce and the cheese was not fully melted on the gorditas. Once I realized this, I went back and politely asked the employee in the lobby for a remake. When another employee brought out our remade order, she yelled "DRIVE-THRU REMAKE!" over and over until I walked up and then told us that she steamed it 5 times (whatever) and there was plenty of baja sauce with a fake little sweet voice. My brothers gordita had so much baja sauce that his throat was burning. Ive never written a review on here before but the service here was just ridiculous. I used to work at Taco Bell and cheesy gordita crunches are one of the easiest things to make. Forgetting to add an essential ingredient, and then giving attitude about it later is just absurd.

Taco Bell 3220 Stockton Hill RD Kingman, AZ Today me and my kids went to this taco bell we walked in orderd our food I started looking around the restaurant and it was appalling the soda counter was filthy the floors where filthy the counters were filthy the food was really vile soggie it made me sick just eating in this environment then my son had to use the restroom and it was just gross!!

Driving back from Flagstaff after getting our granddaughters enrolled, we stopped at TB / Stockton & 40. Pretty decent food. But the restroom was nasty! Urinal out of order, tiles broken off the wall, toilet was super nasty with ugly yellow ring around the bowl. Overall - next time stopping at In-N-Out.

Well considering theres two Taco Bells in Kingman this one is by far the better. You get what you pay for when you go to Taco Bell. Staff is always very friendly dining rooms are very clean and the drive-thru provides a very fast service.

Taco bell food is great, but recently they have been raising the prices and cutting the portions. Id say there was only 1 time I went there and I didnt have to go back through because they messed my order up.

Very rude employees. Ive ordered through the drive through twice, and both times, food was either cold, uncalibrated, or just flat out wrong. Will not be going to the taco bell on Stockton Hill again.

Good food and clean lobby. They just did a remodel a few months back. I prefer the booths they had over their current table set up. In my experience, the tables feel a little too close together.
