Absolutely horrendous hostess services. Every time I call to see if they do call ahead seating I get a different answer. Called veterans day they said they did call ahead, just not that day. Thats understandable. I called again new years eve, they didnt do it on holidays but that they did do it. So tonight I call & I was told that they are not doing it since it is busy, I voiced my concern about how I get a different answer every time I ask. Then I was referred to the manager whom stated that "they are just too busy tonight to do call ahead seating, but normally it is done throughout the week". I asked what the guidelines were as to when call ahead was/wasnt offered. He said that they normally do it on slower days to get people in. Im sorry, but why would I call ahead on a day where there isnt a wait. Call ahead seating is meant for people who are getting their name on the list prior to showing up. He referred me to do online check in, so I did & it said 41-50 minutes. I show up 30 minutes after doing this & I was told that the wait is 45-1hr. Somehow it magically jumped as if try are unsure how to operate the seating system. I was a hostess before as a 10th grader, its not rocket science. Very displeased with their service.

So we were seated at 7 pm. By 845 we had just received our food. The couple sitting behind us was sat 40 minutes after us. They received their food the same time we did. Our server would vanish. The best part is the Manager Kris kept walking by, she coveinately avoided our table, when she was in the area or near the table. When our food was brought out my dish had apparently been sitting for awhile, noodles were dried out, Alfredo was cold, chicken was cold. The manager was informed, she took the dish and returned with a hot dish within 3 minutes. While I was walking out, I stopped the manager, told her we had been there for over 2 hours. She said "I know". Really WOW! Overall experience... crappy! Thumbs down.

Took my girlfriend to this place for one of our 1-year anniversaries. When I first called, they said it would be 15-20 minutes for the wait time. I wouldnt have minded waiting. When we got there, they actually had a table ready for us. Soo, needless to say, the service to get a table was excellent. They immediately took our order and drinks. We didnt have to wait long for our soup and salad and breadsticks. After we finished it, our main course was already served. They constantly came back to check on us. Definitely worth the wait and you just never know if you may get lucky. Ill be coming back again soon.

Todo bien excepto el trato del hostess. Cuando nos llevo a la mesa les dio el menú de niños a mis hijas y aventó las crayolas . me pareció de mala educación, en la entrada ellos platica y plática mientras todo mundo espera. Les falta seras amables y comprometidos con la atención a clientes

My husband son and I ate here last night, Erin B was our waitress it was the best experience Ive had she gave my son alot of attention. And made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Of course we couldnt eat everything so we asked for boxes not only did she bring us boxes but she packed it up in front of us! It was the best experience Ive had ever anywhere!! I will be going back just because of her!! I have tried writing this review like 3 times because my phone keeps messing up thats how much I wanted to make sure everyone sees what a great waitress she was!

A wonderful Olive Garden Pronto Lunch experience. We were seated and immediately asked what we would like to drink. Two iced teas one with and one without lemon. Which came to the table perfect (50% mess this up). We both ordered the Create Your Own Pasta. Cucina Mia with Angel Hair in Garlic w/ 2 Big Italian Sausage. The Minestrone Soup, Bread Sticks and Pasta...very delicious and on point. Mercedes H was a GEM. Everything was easy and cheesy. The Mgr even came by to ask sincerely if we were enjoying our lunch. Olive Garden kicked it up a notch.

This is my daughters favorite place to eat, so this is where we went for her birthday dinner . However this time wasnt so great we walked into a rude hostess who seemed to not want to be there and gave me attitude as I told her our party size she continues with the rudeness as i ask what the wait time is .needless to say we decided not to stay ,which is sad because it was my daughters BIRTHDAY and thats the place she picked out of all the places we could have gone too . We have always had great service at olive garden but not that night.

I ordered the Zuppa, salad and breadsticks. The soup was delicious but, sadly the breadsticks were soaked in butter, salt and garlic. The salad looked old and tasted old. It was not fresh or crunchy like it should. Today I learned the salad its brought in from a company already made and in a bag. Our server told us "is like the salad in a bag you buy at a supermarket ". Ive been to other Olive Gardens through out the states and this is the worst one.

I feel like anywhere we go anymore the customer service is terrible. However Had a great dinner and was impressed with the customer service we received from our server Courtney, friendly face , was always smiling, kept our glasses full and kept checkin in on us, was very attentive and playful with our 1 yr old daughter. Next time we go back to this OG We will be asking to be served by her. Thank you Courtney keep up the great service.

Had a waiter named Scott on one of my last visits at the goodyear location he was very polite, helpful, checked on us regularly and when we went back a few days later he actually remembered us and checked in on us even tho we were not his table. Such a sweetheart. Over all this location has always been the most pleasant out of all the olive gardens Ive been to. Thank you.

Good food and friendly waiters. The front staff however, is the complete opposite. I give it 4 stars for food and wait stuff and 2 stars for host staff. The hostesses seem young, untrained and greatly lack of customer service skills. They are standing chatting with each other ignoring people as they walk in (some with their backs to the customers coming in).

As you would expect for any of one of these chain restaurant the food is decent. This one was nothing special. I will say that any time I have been to this location I have been treated well. I happen to be a fan of Olive Garden and recommend the Chicken Alfredo and Minestrone Soup.Also you can ask for a side of Alfredo sauce for your bread sticks.

We had the best experiance today. We went in for my birthday dinner. Our server Jordan was absolutely amazing. I plan on stealing him from you Olive Garden. I need an employee like him in my office. Food was good too. Great customer service makes all of the difference. People should take notes on his whole presentation! G Baller!
