My order was called in at 7:19 pm for 2 large subs on white bread and went in to pay for my order with Taylor at 7:22 I didnt expect my order to be ready that fast but did pay. While waiting 2 males walked in and placed their waited in the store as well. They 2 males got their order and left about 11-15 minutes later all while the staff are singing and playing around. I get up and ask them about my order to find out that it has been sitting on the oven the ENTIRE TIME. I said I have been sitting here waiting on my order why wasnt my name called who is the manager. RayAnn said I am the manager and you shouldve asked about your order and did you even pay for it I said yes she said do you want your order or not if your complaining I asked for the corp number she said they dont have one call the 99th ave location. I told her that not how this should be handled she then stepped to the side called someone and said I have a lady here thats mad about her order and I dont know why I bend around the corner and said you need to tell the truth you know why. I get home to find out the the order was incorrect and then the GPD called and said she doesnt want me back in the store which is fine because I didnt plan on it we have been using the Avondale location for 2 years. My son was going to take them back to correct the subs and called to explain she said something on the lines of putting something up his a**. This entire situation couldve been avoided very unprofessional young lady that shouldnt be working in customer service

Friendly staff, food is good. The restaurant is clean and large. They have free WiFi. My problem is I didnt get the sub I ordered. The cashier seemed confused when I asked for the steak and cheese sub to have Sriracha added to it, she repeated it back and somehow she thought I asked for mushrooms. I didnt realize they had mushrooms, so I agreed to that, paid the extra and after I left I found out I got a steak and mushroom with Sriracha and not the steak and cheese with Sriracha and mushrooms added. The sub was good, but not what I ordered.

Took 20 min for my 1 sandwich. Only other people in there was a party of three when I got there. When I left the whole place was a crowd waiting. If youre out of something or going to take a while please let your customers know. I will not come back. There are 2 other sandwich shops walking distance from here
