First of all, we were the only people in the drive thru, after driving for 13 hours it was late, after midnight and we were hungry. Normally we wouldnt eat Taco Bell but being that we were on the road and traveling we needed some quick food. I ordered a cheesy potato burrito and my husband ordered two tacos. It took 15 minutes of sitting at the drive thru window to get three items. All the while the lady at the drive thru window was giving my husband dirty looks (because the workers there are so lazy theyd rather just sit around Taco Bell and pretend to push a broom around all night and get paid $15 minimum wage for nothing. Or was it because her boyfriend was waiting outside for his food??) After she finished pretending to sweep, she failed to wash her hands and then started making our food. When we did finally get our food my burrito was so sloppy I couldnt even pick it up- it looked, felt and tasted like someone diarrhea d on a tortilla and wrapped it up and served it to me. I couldnt even eat it! My husbands tacos smelled like foul b.o. After the rude extra long service the lady at drive thru window went into the parking lot and gave her boyfriend a bunch of food for free and made out with him. How professional of her. And nasty. Complete disappointment and disgusting experience. Thank god we dont normally eat Taco Bell and we dont live in Burley. I repeat, thank god we dont live in Burley. No me gusta Taco Hell

The only reason Im giving this three stars instead of 2 is the food was good, but as stated many times before this Taco Bell is not fast at all, I myself work in customer service and granted there are times when things take a little longer than usual but the constant lack of hustle in the restaurant is bad. If you have the time I guess no big deal, but know this isnt the first time nor the last in the near future, for this issue.

Service was OK but the food preparation was terrible. Didnt get the quesadilla we ordered or the cheese with the nachos. Paid for it all and found out after we got home. We also ordered some burritos and tacos and had them minus some onions and tomatoes and it all came with it. This isnt the first time they screwed up my order. About 75% of the time they do. I am done with this place.

This place is so unprofessional, every time I have come in they r playing around, and have screwed up my order. Its a bunch of kids in there with one adult who is the manager who lets it happen in fact he joins in. If you want slow bad service come here. If I could rate it with no stars I would.

27 minutes since I placed my order...only people in restraunt is our family. Writing this review as Im still waiting for the 5 employees to get it together. Very unsatisfied. They didnt even offer free cinnamon twists as consolation...we just got a pist off employee that were being "annoying".

I get off work at 11pm and they are never open when I get off. It makes me crazy because they are supposed to be open till 1 or 2 but never are. I dont even get a chance to try them.

Of the taco bells I have been to this is one of the better ones. Our food was prompt and hot. The place its self is kept well. Good place to stop for some food.

They have speedy service, but the workers are often not very friendly, and you dont get the food you pay for some of the time. I got cheese but no nachos.
