I used to frequent this restaurant often but today was my last meal from this establishment. I ordered over the phone tonight and spoke with a gentleman that had no idea what i wanted, insisted he got it right, and then hung up the phone on me. I wanted the vermicelli rice noodles with chicken and eggroll bowl no peanuts; something Ive ordered here no problem before. I got no chicken and peanuts in my bowl (2 eggrolls at this point). When asked to be corrected we were treated as if we were lying instead of being accomodated appropriately. They didnt remake the whole bowl they simply burnt some chicken put it on top and took out one of the eggrolls like we were being punished for inconveniencing them with their mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. I manage at a restaurant where i make mistakes occasionally myself. The difference between myself and the staff at this establishment is the quality of service that is provided; especially in a situation when the fault was of our own. Shame on you. My dinner was gross and my night dampered. You are warned.

My wife and I ordered 2 small phos, egg rolls, and a banh mi. There was 3 other patrons, and our food took forever to get to us, 20 minute plus to get to us. Egg rolls tasted like they were kept in freezer for a few days before frying. The only way we were able to eat it was because it came with mint and cilantro. Do NOT order the Binh Mi...stay clear of it. Bread is from premade sandwich bun you can buy at the grocery store. Also it was super tiny, only 6 inches. It was one of the worst Binh mi i ever ate, so gross. Worst yet the pho was so bland. It tasted like i was eating noodles and hot water. Even drowning my pho in hoison and sriracha didnt help. I wouldnt recommend this place, stay clear of it....eeeeeeks.

The food was OK but the service is very poor. First, while i was talking to the server, his phone rang and he ran to the back to answer it. Then, while asking for a highchair for my baby, the waiter was interrupted by another employee in which they both left to the back as if i wasnt talking at all. I ordered hot tea and they served it in a beer glass?! We did not hear one employee say, Thank you. Wed rather drive all the way to Chinatown than eat at this place again.

Disappointing Pho for sure. Vegas has a China Town but so far its the worst Asian food Ive ever eaten. Bad Chinese, Vietnamese and dim sum so far. Bummer. This Pho lacked that wonderful broth necessary to a amazing Pho. The fresh rolls were served very cold which means they made them way ahead and put in the fridge. They should be made to order so the rice paper wrapping doesnt get hard like these were. Do yourself a favor and save your money

I ordered the combination pho and it was lacking in all areas. The broth was bland and had no body. The Thai basil and bean sprouts were old. Look at the picture for reference. Lastly, the service was terrible. I was never asked about the meal or got a water refill...keep in mind there were only three tables filled other than mine. Move on folks, dont waste your time.

I absolutely love this place, the service is not perfect the place looks old but the food is always so good! The pho and spring rolls goi con are my favorite. I work from home and love getting take out for lunch. Im currently pregnant and the only food I crave is Vietnamese, just love this place and taught I might help this small business by giving it my review Diana

While in Vegas its so easy to get into tourist traps on the strip so we decided to have dinner away from the blvd. I love, love pho and I love shrimp pho at lemongrass. Also loved the price!!!! For six people and 3 appetizers we paid under 80$. Everyone enjoyed their meal and just couldnt finish all of it because of the size.

Seriously the best pho in Vegas. Best Ive had in my life actually. I get a large combination pho (#38), spring rolls, and Vietnamese-style iced coffee. This place has changed my life, and itll change yours too! Never going anywhere else for pho. On top of that, the service is consistently excellent. I love them!

Lemongrass Cafe is a fantastic place to get Pho and Spring Rolls for Green Valley/Anthem/Henderson residents who dont want to drive up to Chinatown. Their food is really good and the service is much better than Pho restaurants in Chinatown; the staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Best pho in Vegas, its all about the broth. So many pho places, I keep coming back here because it is consistent and the service is very friendly. The sandwiches are excellent the baguette is warm, crispy, and soft on the inside.

For a hole in the wall this place is doing things right. Their 50s dinner turned pho restaurant is not lacking in character but could use some updating. Their pho is excellent because the broth has so much flavor.

Excellent staff amd service. Food was unbelievable and for an extremely fair price. I work as a plumber and have been in and to many restaurants and this one has made my top 5 list of places to eat in the valley.

The food is amazing here! The service is terrible but I feel like it almost always is at any Vietnamese restaurant. They also dont accept card for anything under $10 which is ridiculous.

Great place. I loved the inside look. I got pho bo vien which was yummy spot on flavor. I did take it to go. They do take card but with a minimum 10 dollar bill. Incase you go solo.

Pho is amazing. Service is fast and polite. The menu has a very wide range of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Very authentic. Good prices. Quite place to read

Food is made fresh and i like the fact it was an old 60s style diner converted to Vietnamese resteraunt. Food service can be slow if you come at a busy time.

Pretty good place for Pho. The location is larger in size compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I have been in as it was originally an American diner.

Been coming to the same spot for 6 years! Everything is delicious here. Never a long wait for a seat and the vegetable egg rolls are the BEST
