Ok so I went through the drive threw and placed my order I was the only one in line. Nobody in front or behind me the only one in line! I placed my order and it was repeated back to me correctly I pulled up to the window where I had to wait over 5 min for my order now I drive home promising my kids the pizza from your kids menu and what did I get... Not pizza!!!! My order was wrong!!! Here is why you get one star from me After throwing the wrong order away and making my kids dinner at home the way I should have. I placed in a call to this location to talk with the store manager where I was placed on hold and left to wait. Once you returned to the phone I was told that there was no manager on duty. So I explained the situation I have to the girl on the phone and she said that they are very sorry and that if I come back in tomorrow I can pick up the proper order. Here I am on the way home from school with my kids in the car and waiting in line at your store the next day. I placed the same order and told the lady my name and I was told to pull up to the window. Thats when I get this little punk who decides to lean out the window and tell me that the store policy is that I have to bring the food back in if they make it wrong... trust and believe I tried to play it cool AND DROVE HOME But how about a change of policy!!!! MAKE THE FOOD THATS ORDERED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!!!!! That would be a good start Great customer service guys I really appreciate your lack of concern for us the customer. I will never be back and Ill be sure to bad mouth your store whenever the opportunity arises

I cant speak to the store, because I never received my goods. When I ordered online it said my smoothie would be ready at 7am... well Im here and the store is closed. The advertised hours on the app and on Google are wrong, double check with the store first, they might not notify the app operator. I lost my 6 bucks, the app operator will not refund the money. (6/22/16) Update 07/09/16 Day 17 of customer service. Their Customer service (Tropical Smoothie App) says they see that they realize the store was closed but apparently they are unable to refund the money.

They either need more people in the morning (6:30am right now) or people to work faster. I have been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes now and still no smoothie and there was one person in front of us who only had one smoothie. Maybe bring another person in at 5am right before the work rush happens. I still love the smoothies and food though!

Website says theyre open 24hrs. Arrived to find out that they had closed at 9pm and was told they wont be 24 hours until their drive-thru opens on Wednesday. Came back again on Thursday and same thing, store closed, drive-thru closed. Otherwise, great smoothies and atmosphere. Very nice employees.

I left a bad review and they deleted it! Bunch of sell outs!! Little kid gio is a punk and is very unprofessional, especially since I hear that he is the owners kid. Lack of discipline with this manager!
