The wait is incredibly long even when you are the only customer. I was told to wait 5 minutes before I could even order even though there was no one else at the establishment. They are also often out of ingredients that play major roles in smoothies. Both of these have happened multiple times. Yes, I have tried to order ahead of time but the excuse is always "we never received youre order!?" Would not recommend.

What a joke! After giving an order to the monotone guy on the speaker, we waited over 10 mins for him to even open the door to the drive thru and say hello. Never going back to this subpar meal which is Tropical Smoothie. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Felt like we interrupted nap time for night shift.

The girl that helped me was very unpleasant. She had a very bad attitude, was very abrupt and tried to rush me thru my order. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Im not sure. But i dont see myself coming back to this location any time soon.

Just sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and didnt even get to order. When the 2nd car behind us left we were able to reverse out of there. What a joke! Whomever owns this place find better employees.

They had mistakenly gave me someone elses sandwich and when I went back they gave me a whole sandwich instead of a half of sandwich that I had ordered and added a bag of chips as well.
