Great food...service is slow 98% of the time. One of the waitresses, Jasmine, is just awful. Has an attitude. Shes not your normal bubbly hooters girl. Slow, rude and could care less about working there and it shows in her attitude. Vallory and Hannah and maybe one more are the only good waitresses there. Ive personally been told the waitresses are on there phones in the back, being slow on purpose. They also refuse to do the Birthday stuff to customers. They just all say they are under staffed to come out and help someone celebrate. Hooters of Spring Valley is way better than this one. They dont even wear the black outfits or military outfits because the manager is too cheap to buy them. This Hooters used to have pizazz, but not anymore. No wonder they are never busy. This Hooters lacks all what Hooters is about. The girls are rude most of the time, slow, and dont portray the flirty Hooters girl.

This Hooters location has declined significantly in the year Ive lived in Nevada. When my fiancé and I first moved here we went to Hooters every Tuesday for the BOGO wings deal and sometimes twice a week just because the food was always so good. Recently that has all changed and every time we order, were disappointed. The quality of the meat is lower, the fries and pickles are always soggy and the wings are dry even if you ask for them to be extra wet. A lot of the waitresses are rude and snobby especially if you call in an order to go. Theres only a few of them that have been nice and provided exceptional service. All of the money weve spent ordering from this location its a huge disappointment that we can no longer get the service and quality we did 6 months ago. Weve taken are business to Buffalo Wild Wings and theyre 10x better for the money.

Went here with a group, expecting a sort of cheesy atmosphere, but we were pleasantly surprised. Of course the waitresses were attentive & friendly, but they were also very efficient & professional. I had heard the food was pretty good, but we all felt it was outstanding, sharing a variety of dishes & hors doeuvres. Be sure to try the fried pickles! It wasnt super busy when we were there, so we even spent time talking with manager Ryan, who told us about some of their promotions & shared some slot machine secrets. Also, their outdoor upstairs patio will be opening soon... we were able to get a quick glimpse of it & its an awesome spot with a great view.

Henderson location. Worst. Ever. TWICE Ive come across town specially wanting to enjoy the patio view (loved the previous ownership for the patio, they knew how to capitalize on their view) 1st time they were OVER charging for the patio because it was a fight night (wasnt there for that and could care less) extra $20 a person. No thank you. 2nd time (tonight) Arrived at 5pm, we were told the patio is closed because they dont have a bartender. Really????? You dont have a bartender? Yet ALL the Tvs are on and you have huge banners saying "enjoy our patio, opens at 3:00pm" Poor management....cause the food isnt that great to carry you.

Horrible, more than 30 minutes to get 6 wings for 1.50 each that were over cooked, no flavor, no bigger than my pinky and no meat. By the way, I was also given back the wrong change. Less than it should have been of course. You guys are supposed to be the place to go for wings and I cant tell you how disappointing my experience was. Not to mention, Pabst Blue Ribbon signs everywhere but no PBR on draft, in a bottle or a can. Oh, and the bar tender was eating behind the bar while serving food and drinks. I will be sure to let all of my friends know. Get it together!

Went around 6pm on a Sunday and was super disappointed. There was one waitress. Thats it. She had to handle all of the tables that were not in the bar area and I felt really bad for her. She tried but it was tough to get drink refills and our fries came out about 10 minutes after our entrees. Not up to Hooters standards at all. The root of the problem was just lack of staff which is wholly unacceptable. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.

The waitress Tiffany, was phenomenal! Her friendly personality and quick wit really kept your attention. This is the first time in 25 years that Ive ever had to send anything back, and the manager was less than cordial! After eating at Hooters for all these years, this one incident will definitely not deter me from not returning. And remember guys... if you ever visit this Hooters on South Eastern Avenue, make sure you ask for Tiffany!

Great food and good service. Im so glad theres a location near me now. As always, their chicken wings are to die for! Heres how to order them: 10-piece, all drums, breaded, hot (with ranch or blue cheese dressing - your choice). To top it off, you should add the grilled cheese sandwich with fries and your beer of choice. Oh man... dont forget some fried pickles! I have to go back now!

Awesomeness to me... food is great, service as well... No complaints whatsoever. Best Hooters Ive been to so far even coming from Chicago. Sunday night football on multiple TVS, $3.50 25oz Pacificos... Chillaxing on a Sunday... Very happy man right here. :-) Took it down a star because the Pacificos are $6.50 now.

Eastern Location.Got boneless wings For $25. I was expect high quality wings, or at least high quality drinks. The water tasted much like it was recently used to wash the dishes and the wings were too salty and too small. At the end we came out of the store still hungry. 10/10 would never recommend to anyone.

Bree was very personable, and truely concerned about how content I was with the food, and service. Now, onto the food, usually, Hooters has great food, but I would have to stay away from Texas style Philly cheese steak, the next time I come. There is ourdoor seating, both front, and upstairs.

The service is very good Sarah she is the best server the food is not Good. The chicken tenders is dry and over cooking, chilli soup not even the serving the right temperature (165-185 F ) is cold. Hope make some change soon.

Im in most Monday nights for football, food is good, ambiance is great, and most of the servers have it together, (as in actually serving food and not just getting by on their looks). And its close which is great!!!
