Not the best location, staff needs more training. I go here for convenience in the mornings, also my choices are few and far and there is always an issue. No consistency with staff and their knowledge of taking orders or of the menu. Some charge for a substitution and others dont. Always forget items like a hash brown or orange juice or even the receipt and if you tell them they have the nerve to get the attitude. They cant even get the change right when rounding to the nearest dollar. Smh, ridiculous. The only thing that I can say if food is cooked fresh but thats what youre supposed to do as they say in the advertisement. Hey Jack in the Box on Craig and 95.....get you act together and start enjoying your job before you dont have one. Im sure someone else would happily work in your position. I dont understand why this job is so hard everything is automated and has pictures. I guess Ill start making my breakfast in the morning and save the 15 dollars I spend 3 times a week, thats $45 a week, $180 a month, $2,160 annually and thats just on breakfast. Do that to 50 customers a year thats $108000.....Wake up Jack in the box.

Everytime ww go here there is a problem.... One time they served us a siracha burger WITH NO MEAT just bun lettuce veggies and sauce... They constantly mess up the order give us the wrong food or dont give us what we ordered at all. Last time really did it in for us, we ordered over $40 worth of food... THERE WERE BUGS IN THE FOOD!!!! We explained this to the manager on duty brought in the RECEIPT he said we needed to bring the food that was in our trashcan in order for him to do something about it, called his district manager, they never returned our call. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE FILTHY GREEDY PIGS DO NOT GO ESPECIALLY LATE AT NIGHT THE NIGHT STAFF IS THE WORSE PEOPLE THERE ARE BUGS IN THE FOOD

I ordered a number 12 and asked for grilled chicken. When I got home I was surprised to find that I didnt have any chicken in my sandwich. I called the store and took 5 min for them to answer and when they finally did. The man told me that he had a rush and put the phone down. It has been 20 minutes Im still on the phone and nobody has come back. Im extremely disappointed in that I couldnt eat my dinner, but even more frustrated that it took 23 min for someone to come on the phone.

Best Jack in the Box Ive ever been to. We are from California and we recently moved here to Las Vegas, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Linda. She is one of the sweetest people ever! I will definitely be coming back!! The food and service was amazing. Very clean establishment.
