The slogan should be "Louisiana SLOW". When it was my turn to order, it took them 10 minutes to get around to taking my order, I was told my order would take 10 minutes to get to me, after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside and said if you cant get me my order please refund my money. To which the manager said it will take just as long to refund my money as it would to get me chicken. I replied to them, then get me my chicken so I can walk out the door. Long story short, they refunded my money. Dont go to this fast food restaurant unless you have enough time for your food to not be fast at all. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got in my food quicker and enjoyed myself instead of sitting in my truck waiting for it.

20 minute wait. The catfish platter combo seemed too pricey for getting two tiny catfish nuggets and small fries. I used to get a lot more at the Popeyes in Barstow. The food was good though. But this chain needs an overhaul. New staff and maybe new ownership. Seems like there isnt any leadership, no one cares, and have no pride about their work performance. This is the main reason I hate coming here. I have been to other Popeyes chains and this one doesnt even come close to the others customer service and quality. The only reason why they still get business is because there isnt another Popeyes nearby. If another opened in the valley I think a lot of people would stop going here.

I rate this restaurant 5 months for five star because I go there every week for my kids favorite fried chicken but this time I give them only 1* for unprofessional management service, busy day and time with 3 manager on duty 1was taking his time for preparing and reading orders while the other manager training new employee and other cant leave that bold guy doing paperwork on a promotion day busy time. I was the 8 cars in drive thru so I went inside to order food and 10 minutes in line plus 30 minutes waiting for food. I will never go back again.

Drive thru wait was to long no one in front of us or behind us, went inside to wait as long. Manager did not even acknowledge us, employee who did rake out order was professional, after receiving my order the was an item left out. Food temperature could have been better. My biggest issue was the female manager running g the place, if I ignored anyone like that where I work Id hear about it, the restaurant only had two other customers that had already been served...what was her issue just dont get it.

My 93 year old mother wanted some fried chicken. The cashier- food server kept playing with her long hair. She didnt wear gloves when touching the food. I thought about calling and reporting the lack of standard sanitary procedure. It took over 20 minutes to get 4 pieces of chicken, a biscuit and cold slaw. Will not be back!!! Mom thought it tasted awful. That was before I told her about the cashier, then she was really upset.

this location has horrible employees, only like 1 or 2 are actually good employees, but sadly one of those good employees quit because of the hostile work environment, Im not surprised. People beware, i wouldnt be surprised if this location spits in your food. They need new management, and new people who actually do their jobs right and arent hostile towards each other.

Food was good and employees are friendly but does it really take almost an hour for 2 orders of chicken tenders? I would say no, communication and common courtesy to let the customer know that they ran out of tenders and are making more would be nice otherwise it would have been a 5 star review

You guys hit a home run with me and all the 25 family members. The Turkey was wonderful, moist cooked beautifully and after it thawed on Thanksgiving morning it only took me 38 minutes from start to table. Count me in on another next season too. You have a winner., Bob

I gave this place a 4 stars due to the customer service was good. Tyrone, who is very professional, patient and polite made my experience so positive. Weve been to Popeyes from SF to Arizona but so far He stands out. This will be my stop every time I pass thru I-10.

Great food but the service is definitely the worst. The employee wasted my 30 minute lunch by making me go to a ATM because apparently she could not take me card. POPEYES upgrade or check your systems. I will no longer go to this location!!!!

The food is a typical Popeyes food. They have a drive-thru so service is a little slow when you walk in. The manager it was on duty when I was there was very rude. We spent over $80 for the chicken and they could have been a lot nicer

Terrible customer service. Interrupted by the employee while trying to order. Resounding tones are just as bad as sarcasm. Hopefully the owner notices this because the food is great. Attitudes are contagious, is it worth catching?

Food is great! Better than KFC, only thing KFC has Popeyes doesnt have is mac n cheese. But still Popeyes over wins! Friendly helpful staff, feels like family. Love the menu! Best fast food restaurant, hands down!
