My mother and i went to this burger king and got a whopper jr meal and a whopper jr sandwich. I asked for no cheese and extra onion on the sandwich. I got a sandwich with cheese 1 tiny slice of onion and the bun was burnt black. I called them and recieved no answer called them again...no answer. Im thinking maybe i have the wrong number. I looked the number up online and that number is disconnected. Called the original number again and after 4 times total and 15 min of trying to contact this business someone answered. By this point my mother had just peeled the bun off and ate the patty because we didnt think we would get ahold of anyone. The women took my complaint and proceed to put me on hold for two minutes to come back and tell me they wouldnt do anything for me unless i brought all the food back. I explained to her that the meal was fine and i just needed the whopper jr replaced and that we ate the food but i had the burnt bun. She was so rude and wouldnt do anything unless i could bring the food back. I will never go back to this burger king because of the crappy customer service.

Burger King is the "jack of all trades, but master of none" in the fast food burger world. If you want a very high quality fast food burger, you go to Carls Jr. If you need a truly "fast" experience you go to McDonalds. They land firmly in the middle of everything, not really excelling anywhere, but not failing badly either. This particular Burger Kings advantage is also its weakness, as it is nestled in the back of the complex that its in. People coming from the freeway see lots of other places before they see Burger King, which makes it a lot less busy than most. The advantage of course is that theres rarely a line!

They dont stay open according to the hours on their door or their website. The staff is usually stuffy and short. A few good people here but I will only go when Im really budgeting.

Fries always hot and icee always mixed well. Nice staff if they mess up they are quick to fix. Yay for customer service
