Its a good thing their food is good or I would definitely never go back. When the girl took my order, she was completely incompetent. She added food in my order that wasnt even mentioned. So naturally I knew my order was going to be screwed up. We checked before we even left the drive thru and I had to go back around because they gave me the wrong order. When the same girl opened the window, I handed her my order and told her it wasnt right. She gave me a dirty look and took it to the manager on duty. The manager was gracious about it and apologized for the inconvenience, but the girl that took my order was extremely rude with her dirty looks and snotty attitude. The managers are usually very good about making things right, but I have yet to come across anybody else in that establishment that is nice.

The food is always decent but the service has taken a horrible downward turn. We ordered 6 burgers (a $40 order btw) When we got down the road we counted only five. So we returned and asked for the last ranch burger. The waitress went and spoke with someone and returned to tell us the "night manager" said she remembered vividly our order and that it was our mistake and that if we wanted another burger we would need to pay for it. (Not only incorrect but she wouldnt even take the time to come talk to us, and we were the only customers there). So we wont be returning anytime soon and we will be sure to not have anymore company lunches at this establishment. We will just have to spend our $40 somewhere else from now on.

It has kind of an old-school drive in feel to it that is pretty fun. I recommend getting the farmer brown burger, its way tasty! In my opinion this place is the best fast-food place in town. Ive been there several times over the past year and the service has been fairly quick. The ice cream has never disappointed as well. An important note is that it is more expensive than a McDonalds for sure so dont expect the prices to be way competitive.

$3 for a very small portion of frozen onion rings and $10-$15 for a meal, which I would not purchase. Im sorry, but if you are going to have such exuberant prices, you should offer more or better product. Very disappointing. I will NOT go back or ever recommend this greasy spoon to anyone.
