i sat at red lobster for an hour and a half before ever getting service or even a drink and even though i am aware i could have said something i wanted to see how long it took our waitress to realize she was messing up and there for sat for 1.5 hours before our service and after presenting my frustration with the manager he had told me that he would comp my wife and is appitizer and when the bill showed up nothing had been comped. I use to go there once a week but now they have lost my service for the remainder of the time that waitress works there and my entire family has been notified and will no longer dine there again.

Wow! This place is super expensive. My parents bought me a $25 gift card for my birthday. I ordered one of their lobster specials along with my friend who got the crab and lobster. He had some difficulty opening the crab but got to it all before we left. When we seen the $80 bill I almost had a heart attack. The prices will go right over your head. Service was great along with how long it took to get our food. If you can afford it..... its a great place to go.

We were not at all impressed with the quality of the food the last 2 times we have been there. It tasted and looked cheep and definitely way over priced. For example our child had the kids shrimp with orange slices . It came with 6 Small shrimp and 1/2 of and orange sliced into 3 pieces. Thats it for $6. Shrimp was over cooked and tiny just to say that again. Adult meals we had were similar to that. Not at all intrested is returning.

This is the worst place. We had to wait 1 hour and 24 minutes just to get our food and waited an hour before that for the Damn drinks. I hate this place its like they did this on purpose. Then I seen customers who came in after us already fed and leaving. In done not coming here again. Oh and another 45 minutes TO GRAB TO-GO BOXES!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down, the best dining experience Ive ever had. My server, Netta was an absolute delight. She was charming, pleasant, funny, and genuinely engaging. I think I will only go when she is working. Trust me, she set the tone for my entire weekend and I couldnt imagine a better way to spend two hours!

Could be better but could be worse. The waiter was friendly. However the staff looked very tired. They were singing Happy Birthday to a customer and it sounded like death. Ive never heard such a sad and depressing version of the Happy Birthday song

Dont go there unless you want to get charged extra money to your card. Went there yesterday, left tip in cash then check my account and an extra $30 was charged. Called and the manager claimed that I actually left $30 tip in card when I didnt.

We assume the device they gave us to go off when our table was ready failed...we waited for 46 minutes before we just left. After 46 minutes...you lose me. I enjoyed pizza and wings...that I got at the restaurant I actually ended up eating at.

Pretty fair food for an almost reasonable price. Much better than I expected, being 3 days from the nearest ocean. Staff did an impeccable job dealing with some of the dumbest, moronic and imbecilic, high maintenance customers Ive ever seen.

I called in a reservation, and when my family and I arrived an hour later they did not have it ready. We then had to wait another 45 minutes because they signed us in as if we just showed up, instead of honoring the reservation at all.

Always good food and good staff at this location. They always hook it up with the cheese biscuits and the portion sizes are usually pretty good too. Would definitely recommend if youre in the mood for seafood.

I visit Red Lobster when they have endless shrimp. The shrimp during this promotion is pretty good and the wait staff does a fair job at keeping up during the promotion. Overall a nice dining experience.

I just ordered the Salmon new Orleans from here. And found plastic string like pieces in my food. I will never be going to another red lobster again. This is absolutely horrifying.
