The service at this place was decent, but the food... Amazing, they have excellent chefs here, before coming here with my parents to eat one thursday afternoon, i heard very good things about the food and service. My parents didnt know that there was one located over here, but they were happy with the food at least, my mother didnt like the service too much but that was only because the server forgot to bring us our salad in the order it was supposed to be delivered in, next time i go i will request it before the main course so they know for a fact as to when people want to eat their salads. if it werent for the service this place would have rated at an excellent status, however with the disatisfaction of the service itself i have to put above average, the food and the drinks kept this rating where it needs to be. I will be trying the other Red Lobster Restaurants in town and comparing their service to find out if the horror stories are correct or not. Ty for reading.

We dont get to go here often because its expensive, but I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to save it for my birthday which was yesterday. First off they told us it would be about a 20 min wait, well that turned into 45 mins. When we were finally seated the server was nice and our food came out super fast but after she dropped off our food we didnt see her again until we were done eating. At one point I tried to get her attention to refill our drinks and ask for some lemons bit she looked straight at me and walked right on by. She paid plenty of attention to the table of guys next to us even though it wasnt her table. I was very disappointed with the service here and the food was just okay... Doubt I will go back.

Cindy, our server, was beyond amazing. As practicing Muslims who had just driven for 15 hours with kids, we needed to eat and rest, but, for reasons of faith, we wanted to make sure our seafood did not contact animal products or were fried or grilled on the same surfaces. Cindy ran back to the kitchen about half a dozen times to double check all of our concerns and she expertly advised us on meals that would meet our dietary restrictions. And she did all of this with a smile and tremendous kindness. We considered her service a great blessing and feel she, her branch manager, and the entire restaurant should be recognized for so generously caring for customers of all races, religions, and creeds. We are grateful.

My 12-yr-old daughter took all of us out to Red Lobster with her birthday money. We were served by the most fantastic waiter I have ever had. His name is Chad. Between the nine of us we have been on over 50 cruises and we have never experienced the level of excellence we received while we were Chads guests. He made my family have an experience we will never forget! The food, the drinks....everything was top-of-the-line and far exceeded my expectations!

It wasnt the food, but I sure dont enjoy seeing a "manager" asking personal questions to a waitress front of the guests. I understand the waitress who said, and I quote, "I dont understand why you need to ask such a personal question in front of the guests." I do agree with the young girl who said it. Personal things should be delt with after work. I will come back for the food, but the service brought by the Manger and his workers.

The food was phenomenal,and the staff was very friendly.. Our waitress was the bomb she was on top of her game.. The wife and I went on our anniversary which was today March 26 and she brought us out a free dessert to cool...We will return and hopefully we have the same experience as our anniversary was thank you RED LOBSTER...

Very slow, inattentive service. Normally I dont complain, but the place was empty and our service was still less than. The floor was littered with trash, the table directly next to us was left with the previous parties set up, food, and dishes. All in all, theres too much to complain about. We wont be going back.

This place smelled AWEFUL!! It was like being in a room where people had smoked for years and then didnt any more and never cleaned again. The salad was at least 50% smaller that it used to be, but the food was still good and the service was snappy and polite. Wow they need to physically clean this place up.

I eat here 3 to 4 times a month. It has always been excellent, but tonight, I was very disappointed with the portion size of entree, much smaller than previos visits, greenbeans so overcooked they were soggy and brown, even baked potato small. Biscuits were perfect. Waitress was excellent

The food was horrible. Everything was over cooked. My wifes grilled shrimp was burnt and rough with no glared flavor. My lobster tail was like chewing on rubber and my "medium steak" was well done. It was a Sunday night so maybe the good chef was off. We will not be back.

Calamari was excellent. Fried broccoli was a bit different but good. Had the admirals feast and the clam straps came out a bit overdone but as soon I mentioned it they offered a fresh batch. Had it out within 3 minutes. Other than that service was good aseeing was the food.

Our order was prepared very carelessly and with little attention. We sent back several items on our plate to be recooked by the manager. We came into the restaurant with over on hour before they closed. We felt like they were ready to call it a night early.

Put us at a table that the waitress had too many to wait on, so service was slow. Waitress was very nice and tried to keep up. Food was great. Prices a tad high. Not a great choice for modestly priced lunch choices. Still a very nice place to eat seafood

The food is the same as it always is. Decent. While I enjoy it, its like fast food sit down style. The biscuits are still the best. Service is good but the restaurant can never seem to get rid of that musty fish smell as you walk through the front door.

My shrimp scampi was dry. They baked all the garlic butter out of the boat. Also the shrimp pasta was noodle and shrimp. Where was the sauce? I think that our waitress was so busy she couldnt handle. Food came out little on the cold side and tough.

I have eaten at Red Lobsters all over the country. I have eaten at this one 3 times. And every time the food was awful. No doubt it was frozen. The service was terrible on 2 of our trips here. I will never eat at Red Lobsters anywhere.

This establishment is a model for how NOT to provide good service to patrons. Servers appear bored, are inattentive, wander aimlessly while drink glasses go empty, and would rather text on their cell phones. Seriously?!?!

Very slow, still got order wrong. Food all tasted the same. Rex Lobster used to be my favorite place to eat, but seems last few years all go e downhill. Will probably not eat there again. Based last e experience.

We had Blake as a server he was incredible and he deserves a raise! He got down to his knee to take the order of an elderly lady and always greeted everyone with a smile! We will be coming back soon! Thanks Blake!
