They were slow refilling drinks, took my used shell dish while I was still cracking crab legs, asked about dessert before I was still cracking crab and brought the bill while I was still cracking crab. Told the host and he said thanks for the feedback. No apology. I will not be back. I told him I get better service in Omaha

Jesus Christ! I am not going to exaggerate but I used to hate lobster and i refuse to go to these places till my wife convinced me to go for her birthday. Best decision ever! The mushrooms with cheese, salmon (best salmon in town in my opinion) overall was a good experience! And i didnt even had tp wait no more than 20min

The waiter saved the day and gain the second star. First order of king crab was way over cooked, second order was still frozen. The waiter took initiative and got the meal comped without us having to ask. I mean really, you boil it and thats it, easiest dish to make and its a sea food restaurant!

Horrible service, food was worse than any other time Ive been here, potatoes were rotten and someone in the kitchen spilled pepper on everything. Cant make a complaint if youre waitress doesnt bother to visit your table till she sees you sitting back from the table.

Terrible, waited over an hour only to see everyone that arrived after us get served. Then try to throw me a gift card, I dont need charity!!!! But to treat us like we existed would have been nice. I love red lobster but will never come back to this one!!!!

Coconut shrimp was awesome, so was corn on the cob (seasoned) crab fest was over rated. My crab was dungeness and snow crab, but werent the usual light sweetness to them - they were rather dry ad if over cooked. Crab cake was over priced and disappointing.

The staff is friendly, the building and grounds are well maintained and the food was incredible. I had blackened catfish with a baked potato and broccoli, and my friend had the wood fired chicken tacos. Everything was excellent.

Always very nice! Clean, well kept! I enjoyed the 1 1/2 lb lobster. Perfectly steamed! They will even break apart the shell for you. No mess. Staff is excellent! Best Red Lobster in the metro!
