The sole employee at the time messed up my order and when I called to let him know I was told that I was wrong because he knew what he did. I asked him how could you tell me its correct when Im looking at the incorrect order? The guy replied " I dont know but Im the employee and I know what I did." Call log stated I was on the phone for three minutes trying to convince this guy my order was wrong... At the end of the three minutes he said come in for a replacement tomorrow and hung up. I mean how flawless can this guy be that he is so confident in his abilities to perfectly execute every order on top of having perfect recall? My goodness... Ps. I asked for taco sauce and didnt receive any. Instead I revived 6 buttermilk ranch cups. But thats neither here nor there. Perfection? Ha!
