If I could leave a no star review, I certainly would. This is by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at this establishment. My SO and I went through the drive thru at about 9:30pm. There were no cars in front of us and there was no one in the store except for a fair amount of employees. So there was really no reason for the following behaviors. Firstly, we had to repeat ourselves to the cashier five or six times before she finally switched off to a more competent worker to take our orders. Then when we got to the window, she proceeded to hand us our drink and then tried to hand us the drinks for the car that had JUST pulled up behind us. She then handed us our second order first (we ordered separately) and when we asked where the first one was, she rudely insisted that we had already been given our first order (which was clearly sitting in a bag on the counter next to her). Well we hadnt and couldnt show any proof because oh right.. WE HADNT BEEN GIVEN RECEIPTS. She was supposed to hand them to us with our cards before asking if we wanted any sauce (which she also failed to do). She also ignored us for a solid ten minutes before we finally got our first order, which we discovered was wrong after we left. All of our food was also undercooked and our drink was 99% ice. Overall, Im glad I dont live in Blair so that I dont have go through this again, but I would highly recommend going to this Taco Bell during the day as to avoid the rude night staff.

Every single time I go there, Ill say 9 times out of 10 they are out of something. Whether its beef (what else can they make without beef?) If they arent sold out of pretty much everything than their sold out of mountain dew. Ive never been a business owner in my life but one thing I know is, you should know the amount of traffic to expect and base that off of how much food to get for your store. However is in charge of making those orders, needs to fix that.

Reading some of the other posts I found that I have actually gotten used to very long waits in the drive thru. I always open up the bag to be sure that the order is correct or repeat the order at the window and have it rechecked before they hand it to me. The food? Although I am from California and love great Mexican food, I still love Taco Bell for a quick dose of fast food with a hint of Mexican. Check your order! Worth the wait.

The quality of food has gone down quite considerably over the past few years, and the interior has bouts of being rather unbecoming, but other than that its a stereotypical Taco Bell.
