Again another epic fail with my blizzard. I asked that the blizzard I ordered to be made with chocolate ice cream. I asked the cashier at the window before he gave it to me if it was made with chocolate ice cream . very rudely he said yes. When i got it home it was not chocolate ice cream and it was a very feeble attempt to make vanilla ice cream chocolate with chocolate syrup. I have only had two blizzards out of the 6 that Ive ordered over the last year that were made as ordered. Not that hard to use chocolate ice cream. Again I will let it sit in my freezer until I go purchase chocolate syrup to make like I ordered. Dont have this problem with DQs elsewhere.

It is Sunday evening July 9th 2017.. as I am sitting in their drive through for the past 15 mins with no service. This is the second time this evening I have tried to come through the drive through, wasting 30 mins of my life all and all. Oh I finally got service while writing this and they were very rude to me. Took a peek inside and the place was filthy, the floor had cups rolling on the floor, soda everywhere, and trash over flowing. Also they messed up my two blizzards with two ingredients. I wont be coming back here after today. But I will be damned if I dont enjoy my blizzard for the night.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I am here, at least for the past year or so, the drive through has extremely terrible customer interactions. I work in a coffee shop drive through, and if we were to act like these employees, wed be fired on the spot... and thats for the multi-billion dollar corporation I work for. Saying "what do you want" and "just a second." Probably is not the best way to answer a drive through call. Id definitely be okay with the wait times, because I understand how it is to be short staffed, but only if I wasnt rudely spoken to. Literally worst place in town, by far.

The cashier was totally not professional. I ordered the peanut extreme thing and apparently that ended last month?? But yet they still have the stuff up for it on the 24th of this month??? Yea. Not impressed.

Horrible drive through wait time!!!!!! I was stuck in drive through for over 20 mins, my kids were late for their appt! Very irritating & disappointing! Wont make that mistake again!

Our food was ok but this location is very run-down. It was 75 degrees outside and even hotter inside the building and the music was was blaring. We didnt stay long.
