I looked up Pizza Hut on Google used the number that they had down. It was 9:45 looked at the time closing and it said, 10:30. So I figured I had time to order it. The first time I called they picked up and hung up. Called back and got a fax tone. Called a 3rd time a man answered and said, "Pizza Hut we are closed" hung up. I called back 4th time he answered the same way and yelled wait before you hang up, it says on the Internet you are open until 10;30 he said, "WE ARE CLOSED" and hung up. I called back he answers the same way, I have to yell again so he doesnt hang up, let me talk to the manager. He said, this is him. I said, do you always hang up on your customers he said, I did not hear you (no because you were too busy hanging up on me. He said, what was you question ? I said on the Internet it says you close at 1030. He said yelling at me "WE ARE CLOSED" and hung up on me again. These people at this Pizza Hut are so rude. We order alot of pizza from them for our employees. But guess what. ANDYS NOW HAS OUR BUSINESS AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL OF OUR FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME. THERE PIZZA IS BETTER ANYWAY. THEY JUST DONT DELIVER.

SERIOUSLY DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!! As a customer in the past that has experienced bad service from this Pizza Hut specifically, I tried giving them another chance. Bad idea! I called in to order and was "placed on hold" while having me on hold I could hear the lady that placed me on hold and another coworker talking too each other, and not about work or anything that should have kept her from taking my order, and on top of all that they were cussing, and when the other coworker mentioned somone being on hold I hear a long silence and then *click*, they hung up on me. Unacceptable. I then call back and the same lady answered the phone, after I explained to her exactly what I just explained here she then proceeded to make up some lie on why she couldnt answer the phone, and when I told her I was gonna call and speak with the manager she told me she was the manager. Lol... Wow some manager they have at that place. Take my advice and NEVER go to this Pizza Hut location, I would rather drive to Rockwall then go there.

Dang this pizza hut is the busiest one i have seen in a while, if yall want the pizza soon order around 3 cause thats when its dead, if you order after 6 be prepared to wait a while they always have around 30 orders a hour, and with one cook its hard, it takes 15 minutes for the pizza to go through the oven everyday they are busy, but i see that they always try to make every customer happy, i wish the customers could understand that they arent the only ones that order and its busy all the time, but the service i give 4/5 stars the food upon of what i order is 5/5 stars, and the employees are always nice to me, yeah sometimes it takes a while to get my order out but i dont mind because they are always working hard, i love this place, but the other customers dont understand:(

Tonight I decided that we would have a pizza and movie night. We called the order in around 6 and went to pick up about 25 minutes later. I went in and it was packed. They were super busy. However, Brooke did an amazing job with customer service and working under pressure. She wasnt stressing about the crowd that continued to pour in one person after the other. She explained to each person their ticket number and how much longer it would be before the pizza was ready. A few ppl seemed upset but Brooke handled everything professionally and was very pleasant. If shes not a manager, she should be. This is someone I would definitely want running my business.

This Pizza Hut is by far the worst of anything around Royse City. We frequent this Pizza Hut often because they are close to us, but now ONLY IF WE HAVE TO AND CHECK EVERYTHING OVER. Here are the wrongs...the manager is rude and very down grading, they charge 5.95 for delivery, wings are wrong flavor, wings are wrong type, pizza burnt. Should I go on? EVERYTIME we order delivery there is something wrong, so now if we order we go pick it up so that we can make sure it is correct.

GO TO MILANOS! We stopped eating Royse City Pizza Hut for about 14 months because the service was so terrible and they messed up our order too many times. Today we wanted something other than Milanos Pizza or Mona Lisa Pizza which is always spot on by the way! But nothing has changed. You cant complain because the managers dont care. Even if you go online. Nobody cares. Its best just to stay with the mom and pop places. No more Dominos and No more Pizza Hut from Royse City lol!

Okay, so my nephew loves Batman. In the special request comments, I asked for a hand-drawn batman inside the box. My nephew and daughter absolutely LOVED seeing batman inside their pizza box. It made it a fun pizza night even more hilarious and memorable as a family.

Just got my pizza home and the crust is raw. Talked my family into getting pizza hut because we havent had it in a while and we had to put it in the oven and cook it. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I would have gotten digorno.

Awesome experience! Saved my butt after I got off an extra long third shift and needed to feed my kids. 2 hours sleep in 36 hours is not good for cooking so this pizza hut saved the day! The manager is amazing!

Horrible called in a carry out they said 30 minutes arrived on time only to find myself and 6 other customers all being told our orders were still in the oven. Horrible service I will not be back!!!!

We ordered the 2 medium pizza deal for $6.99 each. The crust was like cardboard, hardly had any sauce & was just horrible. I guess thats what you get when you try to get a deal.

Waited over an hour for an uncut cold pizza. Also ordered medium and hot wings. Neither were marked, but they were both hot. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT. Go to Papa Johns
