If you want great food at a decent price and can stand terrible customer service, this is your place. Rating for food quality - 5 stars Rating for food price - 4 stars Rating for delivery timliness - 4 stars Rating for service - 1 star If this place had better customer service, they would be untouchable. The lady that takes orders needs to find something else to do. Customer service and empathy are clearly not her strong suits. You never yell at a customer demanding their credit card info and haggle them for a tip amount to add to the charge. Also, as a sales professional and business owner, I can understand and appreciate an upsell. When you try to force a customer to order more food, you will make them feel uncomfortable and not want to come back. Again, an area lacking in customer service. Its simple. Get employees that have a customer first attitude and are empathetic to their customer needs and then the service will be on par with the food quality. Good luck!

Dont eat your has probably been recycled. Yesterday I had an order for delivery that had 3 different plates. After it was delivered I noticed one was wrong so I called them to let them know they messed up on my order. They asked if I wanted to keep the wrong thing since was the same price I said no I want what I order to which they told me if I wanted what I ordered i would have to give the mistake back which concerned me. They brought me my item and took back the incorrect one with an attitude. If u ordered shrimp fried rice from them I most likely had it first. Dont eat here ur food has probably been recycled.

I was recently in this place, the chicken and the rice was hard from my order. I asked the manager for a refund, she then begun yelling at me telling me since I mixed my chicken and rice together she couldnt refund me (I only tasted the meal). She then continued arguing with me, and I was wearing my work vest. She then brought my job into the argument, I asked her again for a refund or at least a fresh order. She tells me no 5 or 6 times, then finally gives me the fresh order. But with such a hateful tone, Ive never had such terrible service. Never going there again.

Everyone is correct about that lady being rude. She acts like shes the only Chinese food in town--oh, well she is! Every time Ive called to place a delivery order shell ask me if I want to pick it up instead. "No Mam, I called for delivery if you can do that". I just expect it anytime I may call, but I havent in a while, for that reason. Run your business like you should and make more money before inevitable competition runs you out of town.

Actually I like the food is really good, but I hate the customer service the lady is so rude, she always yell her employees in front to the customers , she is so grumpy and always have a bad attitude she shouldnt be on bussines , she forgot something in my order then I called for the missing food she dont solve the problem at all. Its so sad because I love the food. But bad poor customer service.

The ladie I think shes the owner of that place is so rude, she shouldnt have a bussines if she dont know how to handle customers, shes really bad and do not accepts if something is wrong with the food she will not refund, very bad customer service . The food is great and fast. The people on the phone and behind the counter are RUDE! I have been hung up on while placing an order and the manager raises her voice at you if you ask another question. I love the food (the prices have gone up too) but the customer service is terrible. A Panda Express is about to open in Royse City... thats where my family is going from now on.

I think because its the only Chinese food in royse city that they can get away with tasting gross. My sesame chicken was awful, the fried rice was blan and the crab Rangoon had hardly any filling in it. Ive tried many Chinese food places and by far this one is the worst! On top of that they are way over priced!

Horrible food, slow service. Ordered and was told 45-55 min wait time. Food did not arrive for 1.5 hours, twice the time they said. And the food was cold. Unhappy with this I called to get my money back and was refused a refund and offered a free egg roll. Seriously?!?! DO NOT ORDER!! Disgusting!

Good food but some of the worst service I have ever had. Lady that takes the orders is always yelling and has HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and dont do delivery because they randomly change delivery charge and it is expensive. If they had decent service they would do much better.

While I used to enjoy getting food here, I now will drive to Rockwall to avoid eating here. The food is average to good, however the service is terrible. Twice my food has been messed up out of roughly 10 visits and tonight they tried to make me pay for it a second time.

We stopped by here on Wednesday June 30,2010 and bought meals to go. 2 adult combos, 2 children combos came out to $30 ... but everyone had enough left over to eat another meal. The food was very nice. I will definitely eat here again!!

The order I place took forever plus the delivery driver doesnt speak any English whatsoever what kind of people hire someone who doesnt speak the language omg so difficult please hire someone who can find the address and speak English

Their General Tsos Chicken is ridiculous good. All the food is really good and you get plenty of it. Great service, very friendly whether on the phone or in person. Delivery is always faster than the estimated time they give you.

For fast food Chinese, its great. They are very fast, and the food is good. Veggies are always crunchy and flavorful. Its no PF Changs, but its much better than that nasty Hunan place in downtown Rockwall.

To get your moneys worth eat inside I usually always get it Togo and portions are decent but I ate inside for the first time and the plate of food is huge totally worth ur money to eat inside

Curry rice was awesome, the Pad Thai was delicious and the crab rolls where a missing part of my life I never knew I didnt have. Ugh. So good.
