6/1/2017. Really bad customer service. I ordered food to go but it was on a tray. The server then drops the fries and scoops it up with her bare hands and went to get another one without washing her hands. A customer can concur that. So okay the apologize, I didnt make a big deal even though I was already hungry and wanted to get home after working late. Then, I get home and of course Im tired and hungry forgot my dessert I ordered with the rest of the stuff. I came back with my son to DR to get the dessert. I get there and of course they new why I was there for. The order taker asked if I wanted a refund I said yes. Here comes the manager and gives me a refund. I walk to the exit doors and my son walks out with me. I looked and he was not holding the dessert. In a loud voice I said, why are you not at least offer us the dessert for free since we came back. Manager says" I said to your son to take it " My son said he did not hear hear, nor did I. I ask the other workers and none said they heard her either because they were behind the counter but yet they heard me(still behind the counter ) when I ask if they heard her. Even the girl next to hear didnt hear anything. If the girl next to hear didnt hear her, what more about us almost out the door. Then she tells me that they were so busy and thats the reason for forgetting the orders. This is what the manager tells me? OK I get that, but thats all the more reason to be more offerative to the customers when you messed up their orders and show how disgusting the employees are. Yes the business gets busy but thats not a reason for an employee to short-cut things by picking up dropped food from the floor with their hands and gets new food and not washing before doing it. I wonder if the food theyve served in the passed was made and handled with washed hands!!!!!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!!!! FOR SURE MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE COMING HERE ANY LONGER!!!!!!

Excellent location! The place was clean, the service was friendly and prompt, and the food we ordered was hot and tasty! The manager "Big James" brought us our blizzards, he was such a pleasant guy and during our visit, we saw him painting in the parking-lot, wiping off tables, ringing up customers, making food in the kitchen, making blizzards, and as we were driving out of the parking lot, he was taking a huge piled up garbage barrel to the dumpster! Sadly we dont live near this location, but we pass through when visiting my parents a few times a year and we will be stopping by here every trip. Nice experience all around!

I have had nothing but good things to say. But this experience that I had tonight was a big disappointment. In the drive through I received the wrong order. No big deal. It was my experience inside. No one at the front counter. Stood there. Manager in back cooking saw me. Did not acknowlege me. The drive through person is the one that ened up helping me. While others did nothing. So disappointed. Guess I will be going to Greenville from now. Never been disapoited with them...they get 5 starts from me.

I love Dairy Queen, but at this particular location the only thing that tastes good is the salted caramel truffle blizzard. Everything else has been a huge disappointment. The blizzard cakes taste like ice. The food has no taste. To top it off today I ordered my blizzard and she wasnt listening so repeated it and received the most disgusting Snickers Blizzard from them. I absolutely hate nuts in ice cream. Ill take my ice cream business back to Sonic which is better than Dairy Queen in this town.

Long drive thru line my order was very simple grilled chicken salad. Got home it was beef. Took it back. Had wait 10 mins on new salad. New salad was nasty grilled chicken taco salad. Taco shell was doughy. Burrito hard as a rock could break a window with it. Manger was there she didnt apolize or anything. In my opinion this place sucks!!!! Save ur money go else where!!!!!

Waited in the drive thru for more then 15 mins . I was like its okay there cooking the food fresh . Come to find out my burger was colder then the ice cream . Then I try and look up the store number not even on Google. So I guess I will have to just deal with it lesson learned dont stop at this DQ again . Thanks for taking my hard earned money .

This is the 2nd time i go through drive through since it opened and my order has been completely wrong, i am very very frustrated because after a long day at work i am not going to leave my house and complain personally, also i have called various time to express my concerns and they never pick up

Never get the order right, never, it is literally a bunch of teenagers (only) running the place. Wow, bad way to do business. Have to go back or back in very time. Allways a long wait, Rockwall DQ is the same. Their managers and corp area managers need to do a better job.

Food was cold.. order was wrong.. when asked manager to make it right he was a total ASS. Yelled at my boyfriend and then refused to make my daughters blizzard!!!! Will report to corporate!!!

Had nothing but great experiences there. Use the drive through every time. Takes a bit but the food is fresh and hot every time. Good luck there guys. Been waiting for DQ to get here.

Been here multiple times only had one incident where I ask for no cheese on burger and they forgot went inside they were nice apologized and fixed my order with a fresh burger
