Second time here, and unfortunately dont think Ill be returning. Summary: food is pretty good, but service is just plain bad. My teenage brother who is here visiting from a little southern town (1700 people LOL) where we grew up has recently gotten into wings. So all week hes been ordering wings anywhere we go. Well he was on Google and found Wing Nutz and I said "that place is great, lets go tonight" based on a previous visit about a year ago with my husbands family in which they got our order wrong but service was wonderful and the food was great. So my brother, husband, and I went tonight. The bartenders/servers were really nice, but dont communicate so neither of them took our drink order for a while because they thought each other already had even though no one had visited our table yet. And the same thing happened when it was time to order food. But it was fine because they were apologetic and nice about it. My husband ordered the burger with guacamole and plain buffalo chips, my brother ordered 15 wings with traditional hot with plain buffalo chips, and I ordered the buffalo wrap with spicy buffalo chips. My husbands burger came out without guac, and when they brought him the side of guac it seemed to be maybe a store-bought avocado spread (?) definitely not fresh. My brothers food came out without his buffalo chips and he didnt finally get those until he was half way done with his wings. And on mine they didnt give me the right wrap and I only got 25% of the amount of chips/fries my brother and husband got, and when I told them I ordered the buffalo wrap they took my plate back and said theyd fix it and 5 minutes later brought back out the same exact plate (even with my bite taken out of it), just added a side of the buffalo sauce. So were all a little frustrated at this point. And then to top it off my husband asked for a refill on his Sierra Mist, and she comes back with water, so now he has a watered down Sierra Mist since it still had some in it before she added the water. Husband went to go ask for the check and the other server apologized for the inconveniences and said hes going to do this and that to make it right and ended up taking off $5. We still ended up paying $40+tip (yes we still tip even on bad service) for an unfortunate, disappointing experience. Sorry bro, I promise Dallas has more to offer than this.

We just happened to visit this place for the first time. Even when we were a party of 14 ladies, we were not welcomed when we arrived. The first waiter (the owner?) Was rude when taking our orders, it took several requests from the ladies to get something as simple as straws, he brought 2, then 4, then finally got us all. He brought the drinks wrong, however, he did not care to fix it when he had the diet and regular confused, or the sweet tea that was supposed to be unsweetened (because he had our seats written down?). It took 20 mins to get our order taken, and then another 40 to get it delivered to our table. When we asked about the delay (considering there were only 2 customers when we arrived ) he stated that we should call ahead and look at the menu online. IF HE HAD GREETED US AS SUPPOSED TO, HE WOULD HAVE NICELY ASKED US IF IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE!!!! And he would have had the chance to let us know what to expect (and maybe a polite apology for the wait?) When they brought the chips, they forgot one of the ladies, and she did not care, since we were out of our lunch time already. Oh, but when they brought her receipt, she clarified that they charged her for them, and even then, they brought her charged receipt without the correction. Some wings had barely any sauce, and well, they did tend to one request for more sauce, but they did not bring my teriyaki sauce either. They food in the menu has potential, but the prices are not worth the service received there, needless to say worth a tip. I do hope that this is a wake up call to the management, and that they start providing better service. A couple left tired of waiting while we were there, but there is no hussle whatsoever. No wonder they are not busy at lunch time considering that all other restaurants in the area are exploding full at that time. And we thought that would benefit our wait time......wrong! I do not recommend this place at all.

This is my first taste of baked wings and holy crap they are awesome just without the greasy mess. The chicken was moist and tender with the perfect crispiness on the outside. I ordered the 12 piece bone in with Lemon Hottie and Jamaican Jerk and both are really good. I already have picked out my sauces for my next visit. The kids cleared their plates of Teryaki wings and Southern Honey BBQ in no time. The baked Buffalo Chips were really good and I now appreciate the idea of having potatoes that arent grease sponges like other places. The beer selection is great, notice the local selections as well as Sam Adams, etc... I tried the Wing Nutz brew Hop Riser which was really good. Unfortunately the wife wasnt with us so I could only have one. By the way they do have plenty on tap. We had no problems with the wait staff as they were all nice and attentive to our needs. Oh and reading the older reviews makes me think people showed up on opening day or something. Trust me try this place and youll have a hard time going back to fried wings.

Horrible! We used to come here all the time and it has gone downhill! They are always burning things in the kitchen, filling the dining room with smoke and we stink when we leave. When we ordered our food our waitress had to go and check because they were out of several thing. Waitresses ignored the tables, hugging and hanging on the cooks in the dining area, we sat at our table for 20 minutes, all finished, waiting on our check. Managers sat in the usual booth on the side and played around with the workers and on his/ her laptop. Our waitress kept going behind the bar and disappearing.. About every 5 minutes something else burns in the open kitchen. I dont think we will be returning anytime in the future.... still waiting on our check... just want out of here so I can breathe. I do not recommend this place at all!

I cant recommend this place. Just left without being provided a menu or an offer for water. The greeted me and my girlfriend coming and and told us to sit where we want but nobody ever followed up which is lame. The worse part is that there were only four tables in the place occupied by other patrons. I made the decision to leave after several minutes of waiting and when I thought a waitress was going to ask us about drinks and a menu but instead decided to clear a table of two empty glasses. The only positive out of visiting this joint is that I saved about $50 or $60 and was reminded that there are plenty of other food places in Firewheel that know more about servicing patrons.

Ordered wings and Irish nachos from here on ubereats. I requested silverware but they did not pack it with my order. The "nachos", which were loaded fries, were cold, soggy, and flavorless. The salsa they included on the side was just wet, not flavorful. The wings were good, the mango chipotle was very sweet and not very spicy. The curry parmesan wings were extremely curry-scented with very little curry flavor. I suspect the sauce was from a jar. Wherever it was from, we had to burn candles and open windows to get rid of the strong smell. Probably wont order again from here.
