We came in hoping that there would be another option for good Mediterranean in our area and were greatly disappointed. Our self described "undertrained" waitress tried her best but since she was new, she didnt stand a chance at properly informing us that our food will take about 30 mins on a slow night to come out of the kitchen. The Greek salad came out first and it was bad...pale tomatoes & lettuce drenched in an oily mess. Tasted nothing like a Greek salad. Feta cheese on it was tasteless and spongy. Then came the falafels which were a bit over cooked (fried). The sauce served with them was a mysterious Dijon-Mayo-Tzatziki that was strangely sweet and did not work at all to compliment the falafels. The schwarma I ordered came out as kebobs (was informed that it was basically shwarma on a stick) was way over spiced with some sort of dried out coriander and the rice next to it was nothing special. The hummus was probably the worst part simply due to the fact that the only thing you could taste was the insane amount of garlic in there. Enough to kill an army of vampires for sure... Also...expect to see only the color of blue for an hour after you leave because someone thought that an all orange dining room lighting experience would be a nice touch.

My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try for lunch recently. We ended up being the first people there for lunch. We ended up waiting for a few minutes before someone even greeted us. After we were set at a table, we didnt see the waitress until several minutes later, but we could hear her talking on her phone. She finally came and got our drink orders from us and my boyfriend got an appetizer. More people had started coming in at the point and the waitress seemed to neglect us more and more. The waitress gave bread to other tables, but not to us. She did not bother to offer to refill our drinks but maybe only a couple times. When she brought our pizza out to us, she offered to bring us Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. 10 minutes went by and she still hadnt brought us the cheese or red pepper flakes. My boyfriend had to ask her again for it and she was somewhat rude about it. Both me and my boyfriend had noticed that she was friendlier to other customers (customers older than the both of us), so we felt she was rude to us because of the fact we are young adults and assumed we would be cheap or wouldnt tip well, which is far from the truth. It was our first time eating there and due to this experience, we wont be coming back.

I really like this restaurant, they have the best falafels I have eaten in St. Charles county and are vegetarian-friendly. However, I have to give this place a two star because of their ridiculous policy on placing orders over the phone. Both times I have tried to use both the website and app to place an order for pick up. It gives me an error saying there are no restaurants in my area. I have to call back again, explain that the app doesnt work (before listening to someone tell me over and over again to use it), and have someone take my call over the phone. This last time they transferred me to someone else and I was hung up on, prompting a third call. It should not be this complicated to order a sandwich. I have tried using different phones, so the problem is on their end, not mine. Advice to management: I know it gets busy during rush hour and having an online ordering option can streamline things. However, it should be voluntary and easy to use. If youre really that busy, you can afford to hire someone extra to answer the phone during those periods. I would be more than happy to amend this review to a five star rating if these changes are implemented.

I ordered for pick up. I told them that I had a coupon which they wouldnt tell me what the adjusted amount would be. Then when I went to pick up the order, I called them from outside, due to the heavy rain, and asked if my order was ready. They said it was. Still no total. When I went inside to pick up the order, it wasnt ready. And, the girl that was helping me, didnt tell me it wasnt ready, I had to flag someone else down to tell me. I waited 10 minutes for the order. They never offered me a drink while I was waiting, which would have been a nice touch. But the time I spent standing and waiting, I had a chance to watch how the servers acted. None of them were friendly and the food seemed to be slow and looked just ok. My pizza wasnt bad but not great either. This was so disappointing. I had seen this restaurant advertised and driven by it several times. I had wanted to try it to see if it was good or not. But , I will not be back and will be sure to tell anyone who asks about my experience.

Eh, besides buying a gyro or a greek salad, I may never eat here again. My husband and I had dinner here, (with coupon) and the food was just okay. Mind you, I have been here twice before. The first time, I got the gyro and was like, "YASSSSS!!! This is great!" Second time, ordered the same to go. Great. Third time was when we had dinner there, and the food was just eh. The Mediterranean food is in no way Mediterranean, and the American food is just gross-looking, I cant imagine what it tastes like. The staff is great, but the food is just alright. Maybe just stick to the gyros and french fries.

I have been there several times and each time we ordered the waitress came back telling me they didnt have the items I ordered from the menu in stock. Then the last we went she came back four times to tell me they were out of stock of a menu item. Did I want something else? The menu is outdated and some of the stuff they dont even sell. The food is good what food they have. But you never know because their menu isnt updated. It was very irritating.

Im not sure what these other folks are talking about. My wife and I tried this place for the first time last night and found it nothing short of fantastic! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also had excellent service. Our drink cups were never empty and it was busy when we were there. The owner himself even took a moment to get our opinion. He said, good or bad, he likes opinions to always improve. We will definitely be going back.

This is our go to place usually for Sunday lunch. My favorite is the Beef Shawarma wrap and dinner (if youre hungry). I do like their fries and house salad too. Ive had their weekday lunch buffet, its ok with a decent selection of roast & fried chicken, pasta, pizza, salad, etc. but I would still recommend ordering ala carte. Im not impressed with the servers but the place is not usually crowded so we can deal with it.

Just left this place and wanted to write a positive review right away! Pizza was excellent. I tried the new york hand tossed crust but they also have STL style with provel and even Chicago style! They have draft beer by the pitcher (which was good and very cold). Overall atmosphere is average but the service, food, and beer were surprisingly good for the price. Ill be going back for sure.
