Had a couple of really bad experiences with service at this Red Robin location. My wife and I are older and due to dietary restrictions going out a getting a burger at Red Robin is a treat for us. The waiter arrived at our table fairly promptly and our order arrived fresh and hot, the fries ( my favorite ) being excellent, crispy and hot. The waiter returned once more refreshing my soft drink, after that we never saw him again. We ate our burgers and fries and then sat there for 15 - 20 minutes looking for the server to ask for more fries and were going to order a bit of dessert. We felt like we had suddenly become invisible. My wife left the table for a bit and I gathered the serving dishes and utensils together and piled everything up on the table and stood up. Finally the manager walked over and asked if we were looking for our server. Needless to say I wasnt exactly happy by this time. What had started as an evening for a small treat, ended as a miserable experience. This was the second time that something like this has happened to my wife and I at this location. It will be the last! As much as I like Red Robin burgers they will no longer receive my business. The other closest location is too far of a drive just to get a burger. I do need to add that the manager did cancel the meal ticket and apologized, but the damage has been done. Having this happen twice is the clincher, no reason to go for the third time. I have a small business and usually purchase a couple of hundred dollars in Red Robin gift certificates as stocking stuffers for employees during Christmas every year. That wont happen any more either. Too many other restaurants that are willing to give better service than this one.

Couldve been better... could have been really good...but, No... Two of us visited Red Robin on Mid Rivers Mall to be disappointed...when the bill came ($40 for two burgers, one app, and one drink (strawberry lemonade $5)), It was then that I noticed that the sweet potato fries were extra (please alert your tables of any extra costs, servers). OK, I didnt say anything. But, it is my birthday week, and I had asked before ordering about the advertisement for the free birthday burger and she said it was valid through the entire month. I said that I had my ID, and asked a second time about how it worked. At the end of the meal, I asked the server to help me with taking off my free birthday burger. It was only then that she informed me that I needed to have signed up for their club rewards to get it. I asked for a manager (as I have been a restaurant mgr and it is easy to comp one burger), and he declined to help. He was young, and played it off as if he couldnt help. He said his bosses wouldnt allow it. IF his bosses wouldnt, shame on them. However, any good manager would comp something that was misrepresented. Not much is worse that having a young manager make excuses for not doing what would have been the right thing. It would have been so much better for us, the server, and Red Robin to have taken off one burger. Red Robin would have gotten much more from me from future visits. Now, they wont. I will take my money elsewhere.

When ordering, they ask if you want pink or no pink for your burger. Everyone at our table ordered no pink, but all of the burgers were undercooked. Only one had to be sent back, and the manager personally delivered a fresh burger to apologize for the inconvenience. The fries... the fries! We ran the gamut of preferences on fries: regular, sweet potato, and garlic & Parmesean cheese bottomless deliciousness! Everyone comes for the fries, right?! The Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger was good, just like a cheeseburger should be. Very good. The Arctic Cod Fish & Chips was wonderful. The tarter sauce was okay. Exchanging the regular fries with sweet potato fries was a great addition. These were the best ever bought! The Sautéed Shroom burger with a Boca Original Vegan Burger patty with broccoli as a side was fine. It wasnt the best. The broccoli was sent back and exchanged for amazing sweet potato fries. The Bonsai Burger was a tasty treat and the garlic fries were exquisite, as usual! The staff worked well together to take care of our table and our waiter was very attentive and filled our drinks right on cue. Overall, it was a good visit. Just remember to emphasize how you want your burger and dont be afraid to send something back if it isnt up to standards. They want you to be happy with your food.

Only gave one star because 0 is not an option. Mike the manager was very rude, we brought in 20 people and were turned away, many open tables available, when we offered to sit separately he acted like it was an inconvenience and it would be 1.5hr before he could sit us, we said he would work with us, but then gave attitude to all as he was doing it, will never go back, terrible service from the manager. The food was good after we finally got everyone sat from a great server. One thing kept coming to mind "Your only as strong as your weakest player" and this store has the piss poorest Manager I have EVER witnessed. Was 5-6 tables needed bused for over an hour, his excuse we only have one bus boy today. Well in the hour you walked around restraunt doing nothing you could have done them. Managers do whatever needs done not boss around the scared lil gal at the front and walk from front to back NEVER lifting a finger. After I got the restraunts store number from wait staff he made it a point to come to tables in our group, multiple times. I will be taking my complaints and observation of the manager to corporate level. If for no other reason than he turned away 20 paying customers and had to be shown by two moms how to seat us and how to bus tables!!

This was my first and last time for me to eat at red robin again, the vegan burger platter that I order with steak fries was almost $10 and out of this plate I can only tell you that the steak fries was the only thing I was able to eat with no problem, the veggie burger had dry and hard edges that give the impression that the patty was left in the microwave for to long that made some of the patty piece hard and very dry, I had to send it back and they got me something similar to veggie patty but it was not what I expected to be on flavor. I noticed after eating there that some one also had the same experience about this veggie partys so why will you still serve this item with such poor quality!!

the food was ok a bit overpriced but what ruined it for our families experience was the service our waitress Liz a short blond haired girl was very rude she spent most of her time talking to one of the cooks completely forgetting about her customers she sloppily set our plates down to go run back and continue talking to the cook I had a terrible experience the service sucked that waitress was extremely spaced out and distracted I will be calling the manager and the owner and corporate. I usually dont complain but I had just such a bad experience with the neglectful waitress and money is so hard to come by these days our family doesnt get to go out much
