Went through drive thru approximately 45 mins before closing. I finally drove up the window to retrieve our food. After getting home (Ofallon) I noticed our order was 100% wrong. I called to report the error. I called over 10 times. The owner finally answers and with absolutely no regard he told me to come back tomorrow were closed and HUNG UP! I was forced to spend additional money elsewhere for dinner for me and my son. The next day I returned the food to the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was very nice and replaced my order.

Service is awful yet again. Some advice: do not ask questions, and dont go past 6pm or the employees will come out the side door and yell at you that theyve run out of a certain item (why not use the headset and civilly inform customers?) And since when must you go out of your way to ask for dipping sauce? If you dont ask you wont get it, but when you ask they get angry like its not their job to serve you. I wont be visiting again.

The interior is something i take into account when i look at places to eat and this place has the one of if not the best self service restaurant interior of all, the food is leagues above the kfc up the street and i tried lees but it fails to hold up a candle to this location the best place to eat period

That popeys especially knows how to make the best chicken.I know its a chain but when u go visit other locations they just dont have the crunch you expect when you go there this popeys. Knows how to do it up right also always busy is a good clue your at the right one to.

I came to this Popeyes last fall with my Brother and some family friends after a walk at Creve Coeur park. We were the last people inside, the food was delicious and fresh, and the employees were courteous and professional with their cleaning before closing time.

I wouldve given this location more stars, because the food is is usually good & fresh. Its less than 5 minutes from my home, however, they dont honor the coupons we receive in the mail. The same meal the coupon was offering for $8.99 they wanted $20 for!

Went there to get 5 legs. Said they wouldnt do that. Said I had to get a variety box with wing, thigh, and breast. I didnt want anything besides legs. Didnt want to give any condiments out either. Asked for honey and they gave me one packet

Wish they would quit sending coupons to my address and then not honouring them. Seems like a bait and switch scheme to me. Someone needs to report them to the Missouri attorney generals office and I might just do that.

Finally stopped at this Popeyes. Didnt see the advertised special (sweet chicken tenders)on the menu. Found out later, they had it. But hadnt listed it on the menu. Maybe next time Ill ask first.
